This place has all the equipment and resources to make it a great stop for the area neighborhoods and businesses both private and governmental but seems like it’s somehow abandoned and doing the bare minimum. Half the equipment is just not operational and seemingly forgotten, especially its very expensive coffee equipment that’s left derelict.

Very scared to go back. I went in to use the ATM and a black man in dark clothing and a bandana or headband was watching me the entire time. After I made my withdrawal he tried to ask about where I worked (I had my old work jacket on). He had no items in his hands (why was he there if not to make a purchase?) and was blocking the main exit. I went out the double door exit as he was calling out “MA’AM??” I did not know this individual and have no doubt that he targeted me as a single female making an ATM transaction. Will be wary of returning to this gas station by myself. His intentions did not seem good. This happened on 2/21/2024 around 9AM. Patrons beware of a suspicious black man by himself wandering the store and blocking the exit when it was evident he was not making any sort of purchase or transaction at this location.

Does not honor advertised prices. Was ripped off almost 8$ between being overcharged for tacos and energy drink. Refused to refund the difference when I brought it to there attention afterwards.

I was over charged on my tacos AGAIN. Plus they called the cops on me because I wanted my money back. I called to speak to their “manager” “cue” or “q” and was VERY unprofessional. I asked to help me escalate to her boss and she said to Google it. I love Laredo Tacos but this place sucks! I submitted a feedback request on 7/11 website but idk if 7/11 will follow through.

Love the store Teens do go their and steal a lot people are really dirty when they stop by to use restrooms I used to work their customers would says it dirty but the customers are the ones tht keep it that way you it gets cleaned every 2hrs or so Food wassss/is Amazing their . Wish the business would pick up the store would be outstanding if more n more customers would go
