Got alert that my tire air pressure suddenly dropped so we stopped at this location on Nacogdoches/1604. Used bank card which was accepted but machine did not pump any air. Had to leave immediately to seek alternative site. Machine did not have out of order sign. My money should be refunded.

The restroom felt like a scene from the movie Saw Vll ? I felt like I was about to get my neck chained to the toilet and jigsaw was about to pop out. T'was quite scarwwy ? Like, zoiks foreal ? I was super annoyed because I dropped my keys in a puddle of urine That's ok tho, I have a great attitude. I washed my hands with the half of drip of soap left in the container ? That restroom will haunt my nightmares for days to come. Word of advice to the dudes standing at the front doing nothing: grab a wet rag and some bleach and get to work. You got this ?

It is so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that’s not possible so I give you a one.First off the bathrooms were terrible. One of them didn’t even have a lockable door. The other smelt of sewage. Like it had a plumbing issue. No paper towels in either one.My friend and I Were dressed up for an event at the mall and when walking up to the checkout, and the guy behind the counter was RECORDING US. Put his phone down and acted like he was scrolling between apps. My friend spotted it from a mile away. Not even trying to hide it. If you want a picture just ask.

Restroom was filthy, soap dispenser and 2 hand sanitizer dispensers all empty, no paper towels, and the doorknob on the bathroom door was literally missing.

Pizza was hard as a rock, wouldn't let me exchange a slice for the new pizza that came out because it's for "doordash", most of the sodas were out of order with ice.

I was a loyal customer but in 3 days I've ordered delivery 2 times and each time these delivery drivers have returned my order saying I wasn't available! First one she refused to give me my order which included cigarettes because the name on the app didn't exactly match my ID hello ever heard of a nickname?! Now a driver literally just didn't show up and my items get returned which yes included cigarettes and I'm getting charged for these orders! Sure maybe I get a refund but it takes about 3 days for it to post to my account so guess what they just lost my business forget this! Second time in three days I now have to find a way to get to a convenience store and spend more money just to get my freaking cigarettes I'm done with 7-Eleven!

Went to put air in the tire and it wasn’t working. Then we go inside to get our money back and tells us that it has not been working; and the clerk doesn’t want to give our money back and when asked for the manager information and refuses to give us there name or ph#. She just told us to call the # on the air machine.
