FOR PLASMA DONORS! The ATM machine is fraudulent. It will charge you for balance and receipt even though you do not request either of them. I've been charged over $15 for 1 donation; that's almost 14 fees. Do not withdraw money here, go to Walgreens. And it does not notify you of fees to be charged which I think is illegal too.

I had someone steal my credit card and use it at this location. I called to ask if I could get the security footage and the man who answered was rude, told me to call in the morning, and when I asked if the footage would still be available he hung up on me.

My son made a purchase for a cost of $15.39. He gave the cashier 2 $20bill and she only gave him back $4.61. When my son came to the car where I was waiting, he told me what he bought cost him over $30dollars. Since it couldn't be possible, I went to the store and told the cashier that my son gave her 2 $20bill and I wanted to see the receipt since she didn't give him one. She printed the receipt and denied my son gave her 2 $20 dollars bill. I asked her if she could check if she made a mistake. She very disrespectfully said she didn't make any mistake, and that I should have come into the store with my son. I know my son gave her that amount of money. It's incredible to see people taking advantage of young kids. Completely unacceptable.

If I could give a ZERO STARS rating, I would.I went in to pick up a gallon of milk on my way home and confronted the apparent LEADER of Gen-Z behind the counter. After selecting the more affordable ($4.99 vs. $5.79) of two options of 2% milk from the back of the store, I approached the counter, said "hello" to the cashier and presented my phone with my 7-11 Rewards bar code. She then indicated it was $5.79. I asked "Is that 80 cents tax for milk?" "That's the price", she replied. I then asked "Which milk is $4.99, then?". She then replied with a little more aggressive "I can't change the price!" I thought for a second and wondered if should walk to the back of the store and prove my point, because I clearly saw the price tag and label description for the cheaper brand I selected... but then thought this store doesn't deserve my business with this kind of attitude from the cashier. All I asked for was clarification of which milk was priced lower than the other. I left the milk on the counter and as I proceeded to walk out the door, I thought to myself, why CAN'T she change the price, if it's clearly wrong and labeled incorrectly? Surely, there is SOME precedence to support that the "customer is always right"... which in this case, I WAS right... and she would clearly see for herself had she taken the 10 seconds to go see the labeled price of the milk. Instead, she came out stomping from behind the counter to return the milk to the cooler and proceeded to gesture to me pointing her finger to the air and towards the door and tell me to get out of the store as I tried to explain that she should perhaps do her job and go see for herself. During that exchange, she also indicated that I was an old man and should be ashamed for yelling at her... which I promise I was not... and far from it. At that point, her voice turned visibly louder as she threatened to call THE POLICE if I "didn't leave her f*cking store!" as she locked the door to the store behind me. All I could think of was I was being locked out and threatened with a call to the police for questioning the price of a gallon of MILK!?!?Before I walked to my car and got on my way to the Circle K down the street, I took a photo of the store certificates posted near the front exterior of the store so I could identify the store owner and information where I could file a formal complaint with 7-11. All I wanted was milk for cereal in the morning. Seriously.

What a terrible experience I just had in this place. I sincerely recommend people not to go to this place. A young lady is the extremely rude cashier. I asked her for a special on bottled water. She answered me very badly. I asked her name to report her to her manager. and he threatened me that if I didn't leave he would talk to the police and I didn't want to cause a big problem but I will never return to this place and I hope that if 7 eleven reads this he will actually do something because it was a terrible experience fill my gas tank before If I didn't enter for water, if not, I wouldn't have put gasoline in this place. I hope they do something with this rude girl.

This store has been my local for 10 years. It is the only convenience store that is on my right when traveling home from work making it the most um... convenient. However...The last two times I have been in I have stood at the counter and been ignored while the staff member prepared an order for your delivery service resulting in me walking out without purchasing anything.I suspect your data shows an online order is more profitable than an in store customer. Makes sense right? That customer will load up on products in one transaction. What that data cannot show you is your impact on customer loyalty and the erosion of your market share which happens in slow motion. Not to mention the fact that it is very likely you have no way of knowing and including in that analysis my (lost) in store transaction included a 2nd (now lost) separate fuel transaction x wife, and 2 teens from Churchill HS.What doesn't happen in slow motion is the impact on your business from the recently built QT down the road as well as the remodeled and under new management Circle K a block away.

Staff is nice however I don't know who runs this place. There is only one person there all the time. Soda fountains are out. Went to get a Pepsi and reddish water than clear water came out of fountain. I couldn't find trash had to leave my cup there with reddish water. Dr Pepper was out. Line accumulating quickly if customer holds up line or has question. Employees seem frustrated yet do their best. Feel free to contact me. Fischers is nice on Huebner and Lockhills Selma they usually have 2-3 people. Please take care of the employees if you want to save business.
