5738 babcock rd location is the worst run convenience store I have ever been to. Staff is rude and always out of stock on items i have requested over and over. Do not waste your time on this store until they get new management.

Liz was my cashier at the 7-Eleven 5738 Babcock Rd.This cashier had the best customer service, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very sweet, and definitely cares about the customers! Liz was outstanding, I had to share what an amazing employee this location has! Very kind hearted ??We definitely need more people like this in the world ?

Tonight I had the best customer service from Aj and Liz! Aj welcomed me in & was extremely polite and friendly! It's hard to find good customer service nowadays so good job AJ!

Lately I have had an issue with getting my rewards at the POS. One day in the store the attendant said my rewards card didn't scan. She didn't try to key in the number or call anyone for help. After I left feedback in the phone app I got an email response that the issue would be addressed with the store, but with no mention of my reward points. In a later instance I got "Please see cashier" when trying to pay at the pump. After entering the store to prepay for fuel the attendant, the same one as before, said she couldn't award me the points at the register. She said I must pay at the pump for the rewards. Again I left feedback and got a response similar to the prior one not mentioning the points. This is starting to look like a pattern, and I'm suspecting it's deliberate. In some other instances I have visited the store and found the door locked with a sign reading that it's momentarily closed. This location may have management issue.

They give you any space to specify condiments or instructions for substitutions. Dont provide basic options for fountain drinks like ice or diet version of coke or Dr Pepper. They have a whole fridge full of choices and you’re limited. Don’t even include or a phone number to call store who prepares the order so of course my Hot Dog had NOTHING ON it. And was dry and hard. Also put cold drink in same bag as “hot food” so that was cold. And didn’t put straw in bag or tape it to bag. Driver just left it on the cement floor (where bugs and furry animals pass by and do other stuff). One napkin either.

The doors were locked during the day time business hours and I waited for about 15 mins to see if the lady would unlock the doors but she did not. I don’t know if the store was closed that day for anything but no signs were posted.

Got my snacks delivered really fast! Thank you, didn’t have my chocolate thought but they gave me an alternative chocolate. I wish they gave me the same value though. The chocolate was 2.89 and the bueno was only 1.99, it’s only 9 cents difference but still lol.

Best convenience store ever!!!The manager, Stephanie, she actually cares about the customer!She made me feel valued and appreciated. The staff are super across the board. It was a great convenience store experience.
