Place is nice, but the restrooms are always out of order it’s as if they don’t want to clean them so they don’t let people use them it’s a pretty brand new gas station surprised any time I come the restrooms are always out of order.

Store looks like it appears to have been revamped. Two friendly female cashier's.
Didn't get her name but the young lady brought my pizza order out to my truck at the pump.

There was a time when the 7-11 sign meant always open (for the most part). Now, you are apparently lucky if it is open during business hours.
The coldest night of the year, I managed to run out of gas within sight of the 7-11 sign. I wasn't too worried. I should have been.
It's literally freezing outside, the attendants car is here (I assume), but the worker is no where to be found and the door is locked. 🤬

Everytime I go here they short me my change. 5 or 10 cents. But they last time they tried to keep 27 cents from me. They’re getting carried away. Management really needs to do something about night shift workers. They’re doing it on purpose.

Don’t ever go inside to pay for gas. I asked for $40 of gas, since I didn’t know exactly how much it would take. I put 27.50 in gas in the car. My bank account so noted. But after 5 days I never saw the change of $40 to the $27.50. I’ve tried to call the store but always went to voicemail. And need I say that I’ve yet to get a call back. I went to the store but was told manager was not in, to leave name and number he’ll call me back. To this date no call back.
If you’re going to pay for gas inside the store use cash. Since they’ll rob you of the difference with a card.
So I’ll never stop at a 7 Eleven again even though I have their 7Eleven app.

Never ever use their ATM it does not dispense money but it will with draw it from your account on top of taking additional funds out without your consent. I called my bank and sure enough the $100 I needed along with $60 but printed a $40 recipient.

Went to grab a coffee and there out the sugar container, 2 tiny little roaches came out ….. disgusting!

A 7Rewards Meal Deal was offered for $4. The posted sign stated the deal does not expire until April 30th. The Casher refused to honor the deal and tried to charge me $6.32 because the combo "Doesn't work." Asking why only was met with the reply "Doesn't work." So I left the items at th3 counter. 711s customer support phone number did not answer after waiting 15 minutes. Learn to understand English, explain things calmly, and honor the store promotion items.

This 711 is one of the worse convenience stores in the area, besides it being dirty the customer service is horrible. Store also closed tonight for 10 minutes which turns into 20 mins before the twelve o’clock hour. When they opened the doors they complain how many people wait for store to open. It’s like the people there just don’t want to work based on behavior. Very poor all around.

Never been to this location, wanted a cold drink...turned around and left, after seeing the ice funnel on the drink dispenser...this is disgusting!! Beware people!

I have access to three local convenience stores. The 7-eleven is the furthest, however for me it is a walk with my rollator. What I wanted to point out is that considering all three stores this 7-eleven store has the cheaper prices than the other two overall for needed grocery items. Pet food, and of course beverages and snacks plus a various variety of ice cream, pizza, bread and non-edible items to. I have visited the store at various hours and never have I found it to be closed unlike the other two. The gentleman who I usually see there on the night shift has always been courteous, helpful, and important to me never rushes me. His demeanor is always welcoming and smiling!
