Dirty, gross, filthy, etc.
Purchased cigarettes, he gave me the wrong ones and would not switch them out for the correct ones. Said there was no way he could switch them out.

I can honestly say I would not every go back they first off they need to clean it’s so dirty there was no running water in the bathroom the customer service was terrible do better 7-Eleven

Restroom is disgusting. Only has 1 toilet for both genders. Do not stop here for a break unless it's an emergency.

I would give this 7 Eleven 0 start if I could. Customer service is horrible, the guy at the front counter was mad and almost insulted when my cousin asked him if he had bathroom keys. The place is also unkept and very dirty. I would avoid this place next time, there are so many other gas station that have much better customer service.

I just got kicked out I couldn’t be in the store and I really didn’t do anything. I see him having problems having problems with customers everyday and maybe it is the area. But when a paying customer who’s never done anything wrong and he wants get an attitude, which is honestly awkward because he’s never given me problems. In fact seems to be relieved it’s me because I’m there to do anything wrong. If he’s going to make up lies or just kick out whoever for whatever reason which now i know he is going to bad for business. He should be fired from half the other encounters I’ve seen him in.

Was just there and the cashier was very rude cussing and also threw the stuff I was there to pick up for delivery... Said that if I did not like it to not come back... All manager did was tell me to get the stuff and go that thi cashier is always like this

The Arab guy I presume, I feel like he's lost. He doesn't understand you and you can barely understand him. He always has an attitude. Like someone needs to get rid of him already. He also will put his number in for your points before you even get a chance to enter a number! I tell him everytime I want to put my number in I don't need you stealing my points and he rolls his eyes!

Richard and his troll pet, Martin are the worst people I’ve ever met. They enjoy verbally assaulting paying customers. They will happily lie while calling the police to complain on people in the store who are not causing any problems. Today, Richard ran after a paying customer, and assaulted the customer’s girlfriend, under IH35.I can’t speak about the people that work in the morning, but these two guys that work in the evening are terrible people.Other customers are correct. The store is nasty and the bathrooms are rarely open. When the bathrooms are open, they are disgusting.There is a decent Circle K a few yards down Rittiman, and QT is the next exit north. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The worst place that ever see. Then sale gas and food but don't want that the people use the restrooms. That's ILEGAL and abusive for the consumers. If they don't like that the people use the restroom it's simple, don't sale anything or don't work in that kind of place.
