Update!!I never was contacted by the franchise owner regarding the order I placed previously.Tonight I placed an order thru the 7Now app, and this store was the location picked to fulfill my order. Order was received, it was marked as being filled, it was marked as ready for pick up and when the delivery driver arrived, magically, the order was cancelled. The reason it was cancelled was items were not available...??? How is the order ready for pick up but once the drive arrives, it's cancelled for items being unavailable?? Read my review below to see what happened to another order I placed previously. I'm going to try contacting the franchise owner during normal business hours. This location needs to be removed from offering delivery by 7-11 corporate.Ordered thru 7Now app. Driver called me when he got to the store bc all the lights were off inside and the doors were locked. I called the store and no one ever answered. My order did get delivered but only bc the delivery driver noticed the employee come out of the locked store to check the gas pumps. Before he made it back inside, my driver was able to catch up to him and asked about my delivery order. The employee did let my driver inside to pick it up so he could deliver it. But what if the employee hadn't been seen?? I would have been without my order! The actual franchise owner needs to be informed regarding their employees closing the store during operating hours. I've contacted customer service and left a message. Hopefully I'll get a response back.

It's 1:47 its supposed to be 24/7 and the cashier is inside they have it closed with the lights off I doubt there supposed to be doing this just thought Id share as it was a waste of my time

There is a white girl there with no teeth who told me if I wanted to I could get out. Went in to get a reload on my cashapp card and the manager says she is about to count down so wait until she is done and that came from the manager. When I asked her why didn’t he do it before you started to count down and she said “ you can go down the street to Walmart “ it’s no wonder there is no business there on a very busy day for gas stations. Thank you for the rudeness but this was a one time visit and hopefully they can learn how to treat people a lot better. What do you expect from that type of person especially the manager. You are what you hire.

Has a prepaid debit card compromised at this locations pump. I rarely use this card and only for inperson purchase. Had gas transaction on (Fri June 3rd 2022 at 13:24 GMT) at 7 Eleven #37238) no trans action 2 months before and next trans action was in July for $519 at HP store in a city in Australia (yes the country of Australia ). - I remember the pumps looking pretty not new and which is why I used this, not often use pre-paid. They need to upgrade or implement better tech to keep the skimmers and these people windows of opportunity limited

They’ll just hire anyone here, I had just left the store and walked out and I spilled my drink getting into the car went back inside to see if I could refill it and the guy behind the counter legit said “not my problem n***a”.

If u go for gas, prepay in the 7-11 app, & keep an eye on your transactions. Otherwise, pay with exact cash inside. Only purchase items with clearly labeled prices.✫ ᗩᒪᙎᗩYS get a receipt!✫➪Especially if its the thin man, wears glasses, long black hair tied behind him, with dark brown skin, older.I purchased 2 candy bars listed at 1.79 each, and an Enjoy Daily for $3, but somehow that came out to $̲11!̲ Not much but i͟t͟’̲s͟ t͟h͟e͟ p̲r͟i͟n͟c͟i͟p̲a͟l͟!̲☠︎︎ another time I bought 1 pack of cigarettes & once I got to my car, having dobe tge math in my head, i realized i was charged for 2 packs. So I went back and asked for a receipt. when I did. He acted like oh it was such big deal and he cant get the receipt. Even though the receipt was sitting, printed directly in front of him, & I could see it. Clearly he knew he was in the wrong, thr price was not right. Sucks because the owner is a really nice older man. he’s relatable, friendly, & seemed honest/fair. But I give this store 0 stars ☹︎ mostly for being dishonest! (ง'̀-'́)ง

Good gas station for snacks gas and a restroom. This location is always pretty orderly and I get helped quickly when I'm in line.

The new management is exceptional at their job, this place has really turned around. Dan was a great attentive and helpful manager, I am pleased with how this 7-Eleven is working now!

@7eleven some of your cashiers may need some re-training. I came in for a bag of ice and was almost chewed out for it. Apparently the cashier was annoyed that he was interrupted putting back the inventory or something similar as he had a basket and scanner and asked me “you stopped me for a bag of ice??!” Beyond rude. I didn’t bother answering and let him finish the transaction. Not acceptable.
