  No restrooms due to stolen key....ok just say the restroom is not open to the public. This is why I prefer the bigger chain or gas stations like QT. They would not have a poor excuse like this.

  Visited this location , after I picked up my kids from school around 4:30ish today Monday March 3 and the new staff was super friendly . Forgot to get the cashiers name but she made fresh pizza without being asked for my daughter . Made sure there was adequate hot food items available and mentioned how there should always be hot griller items . Really like the new staff , please keep friendly people like this around ! 🙂

  Came in to buy cigarettes and the sold me completely different ones than what I asked for. Turns out they didn't have the ones I want, aren't going to refund my money, and acted like I was the problem. Like Jesus no wonder they lost their liquor license.

  The vibe of this store is straight out of a horror film. There's creepy opera music always playing outside. The staff is never friendly. The inventory is scarce and looks as if you're stranded out somewhere in a desolate backwood area. Lack of refrigeration for the alcoholic beverage singles. I don't know how or why this store remains open. There is a Valero up the road and a Qt on the opposite direction. You're better off not stopping here. The atmosphere screams desolation. The bathrooms are always out of order. I don't know how osha allows this place to remain in business. I pumped gas and I doubt I even received what I payed for. This store could really use some love.

  What happened to southern hospitality Very awful customer service. I went in 2 Fill my cup with something to drink from the fountain and the employee there stop me and yelled at me saying I couldn't do that even though every other 711 lets you do refills she told me that her store does not and I accepted that and grabbed the cup and filled the cup and proceeded to pour that cup into my own cup and this employee of the store came over to me confronting me and I asked her what the problem was and she said that I'm not allowed to do that and I told her she did not have to be petty it's very hot outside I'm thirsty and I want it in my My cup I think it's very cruel how she is treating me and I think that the store needs to learn to have some kindness and customer service maybe have a heart . I check out this lady approached me and told me not to come back to the store I do not believe that this was fair. Currently homeless and struggling in life I have nobody I have nothing and barely had enough to get a drink but it was refused that it's so hot out here in San Antonio and

I said No so she proceed to used her number/account to get 1228 points with my purchase. I’m pretty sure this is fraud. I can’t even imagine how many people she has done this to

  The black lady with the ugly wig that is working right now has a very hateful and rude attitude. I usually do not go to that store but aQT was working on their coffee machines. And once again the hateful lady was there .

  Have been to the 7-Eleven several times they put the Texas machines in there that you can play and every time I go in there the machines are unplugged saying they're going to take them out because it's not a corporate store employees are real rude about it too I understand there's a lot of homeless in the area but if they didn't want them in the store they should not have put them in there
