We’ve been at 1800 Broadway for a few months now and love it! The location is perfect for those who enjoy having walkable restaurants and stores, especially at The Pearl. The staff has been exceptional, and the apartment amenities, as an added bonus, have been very nice. #HotChocolate! :-)

Great Service from SaraI recently visited this apartment complex and had the pleasure of meeting Sara Franco, who works there. Although I ultimately didn't end up renting at this particular place, Sara provided exceptional service and took the time to show me everything that the apartment complex had to offer.Sara's professionalism and attentiveness were impressive. She patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities, and even took me on a tour of the available units. Her dedication to ensuring that potential renters are well-informed and taken care of is commendable.If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and make your apartment search a pleasant experience, I highly recommend contacting Sara. While I can't speak on the rental process itself, I have no doubt that Sara will continue to take care of her clients throughout the entire journey.

Former Resident from 2021 to 2023Pros:-Incredibly Responsive Maintenance!!! Better than any of the 3 other apartments I have lived in!-Staff are very accommodating, helpful, and courteous-The hours for the complex's amenities are very convenient-Fun complex-wide events (see attached for a sushi roll I made at a class here)-Location is magnificent, if I could stay here I would!Cons:-Construction around the complex limits access to the parking garage and makes it harder for guests to find their way to nearby parking (this will probably be resolved within a year or two I'd imagine)-If you're a light sleeper, some apartments near the garage and nearby construction might be problematic

I did not end up renting here, however I had the most incredible leasing rep! Her name is Sara and she gave me the best apartment tour I’ve had in a LONG WHILE. I appreciated her understanding, kindness and genuine love for her job! If you call please ask for her, she’s amazing!! The property is great and really nicely located :)

It is centrally located however the building age shows. The gate and elevators are constantly breaking. The management office is super unhelpful if the phone lines are ever working. Compared to the new apartment buildings nearby, the apartment has basic amenities but needs a massive facelift with friendlier management. Lived here for 4 years as I loved the location hence the color stars when I originally came to San Antonio and hated moving. However with the new management and constant breakdowns, would have stayed in the new buildings if they were around at the time. As well, they charge fees for everything! With the new apartments being built around, recommend to live elsewhere.

I have been living at 1800 Broadway for a little over a year now. As someone who has moved from apartment to apartment for the last 10 years(literally), I can honestly say that I've never felt more enjoyment in leaving a 5 star review until now. Here are a few reasons why this place deserves a 5 star glowing review-1. The apartments here are beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. I currently live in the studio layout and absolutely love it. Apartment space is perfect for someone with a minimalistic life-style.2. ***** Maintenance and Management: The management and maintenance team are outstanding. They are always prompt, efficient, and friendly when handling any issues that arise. They always check in before they enter any apartment-It's a relief knowing that any concerns I have are addressed quickly and professionally.3. The location of the apartment complex is unbeatable. Situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, It's a great balance between city living and peaceful surroundings. Parking is never an issue.4. **The leasing staff, residents, and maintenance staff at 1800 Broadway create a warm and welcoming community. The leasing office makes great effort to coordinate regular social events and gatherings that make it easy to connect with neighbors and make new friends.**The range of amenities offered is impressive. The gym is well-equipped, the pool area is beautifully maintained, and the communal spaces are inviting and well-maintained.As a single female, safety is a top priority and I always feel secure within the premises. The complex has excellent security measures in place, providing peace of mind to all residents.As a pet lover, I appreciate the pet-friendly policies and amenities. This place is very poorly managed. A guns been pulled on me twice. Management did nothing to keep my family safe. If you’re looking for downtown luxury living this place is NOT IT!

I came in looking for a small apartment that I could have so my family could come visit me. I'm in the military so I never really get to see them often. I had a bad experience with the prior apartment I went to look at and the service from Joe was the polar opposite. From the very beginning they were very responsive. I walked in didn't need to set an appointment Joe gave me a tour and really sold me on the value of the unit he was renting from convenience of location to amenities and overall service. I got the approval in about 4 days time which was a great turn around taking into account that they are closed on Sunday. The place is beautiful the water was a bit warm and I wanted it hotter maintenance came up about 30 minutes after I put in the request. Thanks Joe - Sailor Ochola

This place is not luxury living. I had someone almost come into my apartment with a gun and is still living next to me. They do not care about their residents that live here. Stay away.

I love this place- but I’m considering renewing my lease. They want to increase my rent. With all the construction going on next to us- all the dirt in our cars- all the street closures that we can’t get in and out of our complex- multiple times the elevator and garage gates break down. I wonder if it’s worth staying here.

Lis (one of the leasing agents), along with the entire staff, was phenomenal! I had to find a place and move in within 3 days from across the country and they were so quick and helpful. The apartment is great for the price and location. Amenities are great, full size washer/dryer, great parking. They made the move so great!

After reading all the negative reviews, I knew I had to write a positive one. I feel bad for those who left a bad review because my experience here at 1800 has been great. The building is a bit old and maybe not maintained to it's fullest potential, but I have definitely seen worse. You can't beat the location! I love being able to walk to the Pearl every day and grab coffee or walk the Riverwalk or all of the above! Every maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed promptly and the staff in the front office are friendly. They have weekly events for residents although I have yet to enjoy any of them, but that's on me. My only complaint is the lack of storage in the units. That has only forced me to get rid of stuff I don't need, but if you're the type who has a lot of "stuff" this might not be a good fit. If you're looking for downtown living, you should definitely check this place out!

This property is a joke! They work hard for their Air B and B clients rather than their actual residents. Maybe because their actual residents are convicted killers. I've dealt with multiple 911 calls. 2 doors down a felon got into the garage, then the building, who slashed residents tires, brandished his gun to multiple residents who then shot up the entire residence. Did they get rid of them? Eventually after multiple request and demands from the community. But just ask them a few questions about their process or lack of management style, they will easily non renew your lease. All because they lack professionalism and common sense! The elevators never work. The last 5 weeks Elevators do not work,and at least 3x a month they are broken everyone moving out has extra fees bc they simply do not work and nothing has been done all because of the lack of management from Destiny and Ashley!These aka "ladies" are THE PROBLEM! Anytime you have issues, they will blame you,from your car being broken into, they are trained to state its because of you . My car was broken in to in "protected garage " was my fault!DO YOUR RESEARCH PLEASE! research 911 calls and make your decision!THE MOSAIC IS THE BEST PLACE TO BE!!! Not this place!! 1800 is not IT unless u want to have to CALL MULTIPLE 911 CALLS to protect your safety!
