My car had lots of bugs on it because I just drove from Seattle to San Angelo, Texas. I met with Daniel, who did a fantastic job helping me out by letting me go through the wash twice. He said one may not do it, so I'll let you go a second time. Free was great, but even better was his customer service to make sure I was happy before I left. I highly recommend this car wash place.

Dude i dont know what happened to this place but the car wash has gone down hill. I just got a car wash friday that cost 20 bucks and my car actually looks worse. There are streaks and spots all over my car. 20 bucks! What a rip off.
09/26/24- decided to stop here again, I normally use the one on knickerbocker which is great, but i was over here. Again, there is a film so thick all over my windows that I can barely see through them. I don't understand why this one is so bad.

After $18 for the basic plus package, still have bugs on the windshield and spots on the paint. Definitely miss the car wash back in NB. I expected a something better for $18.

Paid $18 for a wash, no one even came out until we made it to the tunnel and the guy was either high or something but he tell me to pull thru and guides me in but not correctly my car got kicked out the track and it just stopped mid way the truck that was behind me hit the back end of my car and I honked until the guy came and said idk what’s wrong just move your steering wheel to the right, I ended up driving out and he would only give me another wash, I had no choice but to attempt again cause my car was covered in soap and the second time thru he still didn’t attempt to wash the front end of the car and my car came out still needing another wash I had to go to another car wash to get my car clean … what a waste of $18 and yall need a better employee.. will not be going back to zips again

Paid $30 for the highest wash, not from the area so just came through for what I assumed to be a good wash. Highly disappointed they don’t use the bug spray or scrub at the entrance of the wash. The wash prices are ridiculous for no additional services. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere. Windshield is still covered in bugs. Not worth the free vacuums that were poor suction.

Paid 18 dollars for a wash, sprayers didn't even kick on until midway over the hood. The brushes spun helplessly inches from the car. The attendant acted as though she had better places to be, but did oblige a rewash. All of the above happened exactly as before. The bright side the blow dryers work amazingly. You couldn't tell we had attempted to wash the car.

Worst car wash ever. Basic is garbage. The brushes didnt even get the gunk off my hood. It was just a run through. Other carwashes are cheaper and do a better job for basic. Thought I would give it a try as I just needed basic, saw the “$5 car wash” sign out front, but it was just an add on for something else. Thats false advertisement!
