First off let me say I understand they had a family emergency, that being said my truck sat in there parking lot for 33 days after being insured a couple times they were going to remove the supercharger, yet never did. My other issue is communication is near impossible and when I took it in originally the pulley on the supercharger spun freely and now after picking it up and taking it somewhere else it doesn't spin at all and now leaks oil, so clearly someone attempted something, when I text and ask if they did something, no response. I wouldn't take my vehicle in there even for an oil change. Sent supercharger to whipple manufacturer who confirmed case was more than likely cracked when pulley was torque down to tight, although I can't prove it was xcessive , as I said earlier in my review it spun freely and I picked it up and it was seized.

Went to the Valvoline down the street off of Southwest Blvd for a simple oil change. They took off a metal cover from the bottom of our car to show us it needed to be replaced, which we already knew and planned to have fixed in a week when we went home. We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We quickly pull up to Xcessive Auto Repair and the guys here (ask for G!!!) were able to remove the piece and get us on our way. If you're thinking about going to some random chain shop anywhere in San Angelo-- DONT. Come HERE. They'll treat you personally and actually know what they're doing. Especially for military members at Goodfellow, be sure to come HERE for your car problems and save yourself the hassle. Garvin will take good care of you.

Spent over $2000 on a catalytic converter replacement. I was told 3 different times my car was fixed and safe to drive. First time they “fixed” my car it broke down and I crashed into a bush. 2nd time it turned off on the loop. Third time it turned off getting on the loop. 2 near crash experiences on the loop and over $2000 spent for a still broken car. After taking it to Kia they found the real problem witch was engine sludge. I would have expected them to check that since the engine light was on.Service: Auto exhaust system repair
