My family banked with Wells Fargo (and it many predecessors) for generations. At the end, the bank showed itself to be unprofessional and arrogant. Consider banking at First Financial, as it is the sort of bank one would expect in a West Texas city--they know who you are, understand your business and are always there to help.

I just relocated to the San Angelo area, and needed to open a banking account. When I came in, the guy who came in behind me was waited on first. I'm sure it was an oversight, but when Jacquelyn saw what happened, I didn't even get a chance to sit down. She immediately invited me into her office and took care of me. Jacquelyn was by far the most helpful, attentive and courteous person in banking that I've worked with yet! She was thorough, and worked to help me understand each of the plans being offered, and their benefits and weaknesses, to ensure I picked the right option for my needs. She had probably the most thorough knowledge of the app used to work with the bank, that I've ever seen "in any bank"!!! This woman is an "apple of GOLD" in your midst. Reward her, honor her, and utilize her many gifts. She is priceless!

This Wells Fargo branch was very nice. The inside is large and all the employees are friendly. Karen helped me get set up and did a great job!

Karen was wonderful. She stayed late to help me set up my card. Everyone was very nice.

Today this is unbelievable slow. 15 min with only 4 cars in this drive is a bit ridiculous.

We adopted our daughter the same day sentencing was occurring for the Delacruz murder trial, as you can imagine there was no parking spots left at the courthouse. The adoption took all of 10 minutes, yet people had to miss it because Wells Fargo would not let us park there for 15 minutes and had to go move their car. Wells Fargo lost my business.

Love the Atm access.. hate going through drive thru. Always a 20 min+ wait with this place even when you are the only car in sight

I really hate coming to this branch (508 w. Beauregard). They take forever. How hard is it to give 100$ in ones and 100$ in fives? Not sure why it takes 15-20 min. I would bring deposits for my boss and it was always a hassle. My boss would tell me to get change... I would do as told, but this location would always make a big deal about change orders being called in, even made me drive around the lot and change lanes from the window teller to one of the atm looking things with the camera and canister shoot ( I felt I was being punished for inconveniencing the teller). I got scolded by the teller and was given so much attitude, when I told them I was just an employee, I was just doing as told... the teller said to relay the scolding to my boss. I don't understand what is so difficult about getting change... I've NEVER had so many multiple horrible experiences with a merchant specific bank. I can say this, I never have had these types of issues with Bank of America.
