I tried to open a business account at this San Angelo location on Friday, and was told there were no appts available, and to try another location. I explained that I was leaving town early Monday morning and needed to get this account set up today prior to leaving and that I already have an established account with them for a different business. This fell on deaf ears and she basically told me I was out of luck, there were no options. No possibility thinking, no attempt at customer service at all. Thankfully, I found that the Big Spring location was more than willing to help, and although it is ridiculous that I had to drive 83 miles just to set up an account, I had no choice. Once arriving, I was helped by the most courteous Gabriel Ortiz, and we got the account set up. Apparently the bank manager at the Big Spring location heard the story, and he made it a point to apologize for the San Angelo branch and the fact that I had to drive all the way there. It was nice to see that customer service exists....too bad it was nonexistent at the location most convenient for me.

They don't have a single bathroom available for customers as we wait in this line for 20-30 minutes. "Customer friendly" and with this large of a space? Alright. Wells Fargo itself wasn't bad; teller was kind.

I have multiple accounts at Wells Fargo. I came by to open an account for my teenage son. The lady who greeted me was very rude and suggested I come back some other time as she was too busy to help me and no one else was available. Very poor customer service!

I took over a store in the San Angelo area back in 2009, moved here, I have never been turned away from this bank or any other bank to get a change order, I was the only customer in line and was informed i need to go the main branch, clear across town to get a change order that I am getting for a cooporation that puts a business representative to take care of. Spoke to the manager and was suggested to make arrangements to change branches. Do you realize how hard this is for a cooperation to fly down here or call and make changes for a change order transaction when they have several stores they deal withNow I've got to call my cooperate office and have them call and see how to make unnecessary arrangements.

I just relocated to the San Angelo area, and needed to open a banking account. When I came in, the guy who came in behind me was waited on first. I'm sure it was an oversight, but when Jacquelyn saw what happened, I didn't even get a chance to sit down. She immediately invited me into her office and took care of me.Jacquelyn was by far the most helpful, attentive and courteous person in banking that I've worked with yet! She was thorough, and worked to help me understand each of the plans being offered, and their benefits and weaknesses, to ensure I picked the right option for my needs.She had probably the most thorough knowledge of the app used to work with the bank, that I've ever seen "in any bank"!!!This woman is an "apple of GOLD" in your midst.Reward her, honor her, and utilize her many gifts. She is priceless!

Been with this bank almost 4 years now my card has been compromised at least 6x and when I want to use it it declines 2x before they call me and I hold up a line for two items. By far the worst banking experience ever. The app is terrible it always tells me I have way more money than I actually do and constantly has 25 payments pending. 1 star is too many stars for this bank. Today I got my new phone and tried to log in and i changed my password well now when I put my new password in it says that I've had to many failed attempts so i can't log back in. So I changed It again and still doing the same thing. I call on the phone and speak to a robot that mumbles useless information for 2 minutes then I get to the robots menu just so I can continue to reset my password again just for it not to work. I will never ever let Wells Fargo handle my money again tomorrow I'm pulling everything out and switching to something local. Don't waste your time or energy with them.

Atm took my money and jammed 7 days ago, teller and the atm said my fund would be avaliable in 48 hours, still nothing. Had to file a claim and I still don’t have my money. Ridiculous.

Unprofessional young staff. I am from out of town and none of my banks are here. I received a check from Wells Fargo insurance this location and the one on 29th street refused to cash it even though I was using the money to pay my Wells Fargo mortgage which is behind since I can’t cash the check anywhere. My mortgage is from Wells Fargo!! I was told I have to go to Abilene Tx to another bank to cash this check but only if I open an account at that bank. I told the girl M. Muñoz that I am sole 24/7 caregiver for my brother and father and this is the only time I could leave them with someone I hired with the only cash I have on hand. She tells me I have to go to Abilene Tx. I repeated with tears in my eyes that I cannot leave my ill brother and 92 year old father alone much less go to Abilene. I asked for the supervisor and he said the same thing. I told them they have no compassion. M. Munoz continued to repeat the same thing over and over with a big smirk on her face. In the meantime, I am stuck with a check and getting behind on my mortgage with the same bank I have my mortgage Wells Fargo!Corporate will hear about this. If I lose my house Wells Fargo in San Angelo will have to buy me a new one.
