Absolutely the worst branch in town. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. This branch operates as if they're going out of business daily. Only 1 lane is ever open, and their employees park across 3 parking spots to minimize foot traffic coming into the lobby.

I can to this bank to withdraw money. It took my card, money off my card. I'm now stuck out of town, no way to retrieve my card or money. Out of my intire banking like, this is the worst bank I have ever been to. My advice to you would be stay away from this bank! Not only this, I researched Wellsfargo in general and found that this bank has lawsuits on it. I will be removing my money from this institution and going to another banking institution! All accounts, business account, savings and personal accouts!

I went here last month to discuss my auto loan with these folks. Waiting in line a good while and when I finally get up to a teller, they tell me I need to speak to someone in the office and to wait in the lobby.That, I had no problem with.Then, a couple came in, needed to speak to someone, same as me, and when they asked who was next, the couple jumped ahead without even having the staff confirm who was next first! ?This is NOT my regular bank but I wish they had some kind of first come, first serve system like my other bank so customers get seen according to arrival time.Once seen by the advisor in the office, she was very knowledgeable and gave great information about my account that I could take home.She was very courteous and helpful. Next time I'll call ahead and try to make an appointment first but, I was taken aback at my first encounter here and don't plan to come back for a while.

Not a bad bank branch wish they would keep people around instead of having a huge turn over rate. And when a teller leaves would be great if they people they were helping were notified and set up with somebody newBank of America was outstanding with that service but sadly pulled out of San Angelo

The ladys at the counter and bank manager unfortunately I don't know his name or their the women but they went above and beyond 2 help me out when they didn't have to . just amazing people and I can't thank them enough I would recommend this branch to anybody who asked a big thank you give it a 100% all the way

I been with Wells Fargo for about 17 yrs and never had an issue!!! The only thing that sucks is the drive through ...... I've always had trucks and there sending units r way to low it's like they think every one drives a low rider
