I love the staff at the downtown branch. Always very helpful & pleasant. The building & lobby area are very comforting. It's quiet & peaceful.

Horrible bank. I've been with them long time. They returned my house payment and paid out a credit card. After I called and said don't pay the credit card that was processing in account. Nope. They paid the credit card and returned my house check. Go figure. Leave people homeless but paid a credit card. That was double pay already. Said shows in there paid it. So now $300 almost i will have in fees and the amount paid on the credit card to save my house I have come up with. I will be changing bank real quick.

Dealing with Wells Fargo is as enjoyable as an annual exam, without any of the camaraderie that comes with knowing your OB for 15 years. It is tiresome and unfamiliar. Except for Sasha. She is the shining gem of Wells Fargo. She should be making more than the CEO. She has gone above and beyond for our store to make things happen. If Sasha isn’t in charge, she needs to be. I would make her my firstborn child’s God Mother if someone wasn’t already assigned. We love Sasha! Wells Fargo is a pain in the neck- but Sasha makes it tolerable!

My family banked with Wells Fargo (and it many predecessors) for generations. At the end, the bank showed itself to be unprofessional and arrogant. Consider banking at First Financial, as it is the sort of bank one would expect in a West Texas city--they know who you are, understand your business and are always there to help.

I just relocated to the San Angelo area, and needed to open a banking account. When I came in, the guy who came in behind me was waited on first. I'm sure it was an oversight, but when Jacquelyn saw what happened, I didn't even get a chance to sit down. She immediately invited me into her office and took care of me. Jacquelyn was by far the most helpful, attentive and courteous person in banking that I've worked with yet! She was thorough, and worked to help me understand each of the plans being offered, and their benefits and weaknesses, to ensure I picked the right option for my needs. She had probably the most thorough knowledge of the app used to work with the bank, that I've ever seen "in any bank"!!! This woman is an "apple of GOLD" in your midst. Reward her, honor her, and utilize her many gifts. She is priceless!

This Wells Fargo branch was very nice. The inside is large and all the employees are friendly. Karen helped me get set up and did a great job!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since 2017 and have stopped by many branches across the US through my travels. This branch was by far one of the most beautiful and the service from Mrs. Lopez was absolutely amazing! She was very accommodating and helped my very promptly even though I didn't have an appointment.

Be aware that they aren’t true to their business hours. They typically close early even though their hours say they close at 5pm.

Big spacious area, serious old bank vibes. So many chairs, like there’s no way the bank would ever get this full, yet they still accommodate any of our hypothetical needs. They keep real plants in their lobby, you know, like the ones people have to water?-Which just shows Wells Fargo’s commitment to serving their customers. I visit this bank nearly every day. The tellers constantly remind me about mobile deposits and using their ATM’s, and to them I say thank you but no thank you. I need to come inside, for the vibes, for the chairs, for the plants. Also there’s a very charming, nice gentleman with short brown hair and glasses. He even let me climb inside the stagecoach one time, it was a little dusty but a great experience. Cannot think of his name. Anyways, 10/10 would recommend

I have been with Wells Fargo for approximately two years and have never had any issues with my service until on Monday, June 11, 2018, I visited San Angelo Texas and entered the branch on Beauregard. Unpleasant to say the least! the greeters were there but they failed to greet me!!! the tellers to the right of me were having a social experience with an ole school buddy... so I was one of three customers in the bank but the only one of color and the only one without anything being said to me!!! oh I got the looks!!! but no one was courteous enough to greet or offer to help me until I began recording! unacceptable Wells Fargo!!!
