Very very very unprofessional delivery personnel. I would defiantly not recommend anyone use this company. They should invest in their personnel. We ordered online and Welch delivery held our order for 3 weeks because they didn’t have anything else coming our way we are 86 miles from their office.

Refused to deliver my package because I wasn't local. I drove 90 miles to pick it up. They loaded it in my truck. Got home, package had holes in it and covered in tape. $1500 item is broken. Now I have to contact manufacturer for a replacement. Rude customer service.

I setup a meeting to get a quote to move me. We met and I showed him everything I would need moved. He told me he would get me a quote by the end of the day. Not only was my name misspelled on the paperwork, but here it is a month later and I still haven't received the quote. I've already moved.
