I came in with a bad very short haircut that I didn’t think could be salvaged and red color that I was sick of. Ana listened to me, took her time and did an EXCELLENT job. I walked out of there with a much improved cut and a fabulous new color. Highly recommend.

So-call stylist Ana has no idea what she is doing and a RIP off. If you are a black woman stay away from this place, charged $425 for a relaxer. TRASH

My daughter went to this hair salon last week for a simple relaxer and met with stylist ( I use that term loosely) Ana. This lady had no idea of what she WAS doing or how to take care of African American hair. She charged my daughter $425 for a relaxer and try to tell me that is the going rate. I called her to talk to her about it over the phone and she was very NASTY AND DISMISSIVE. IF YOU ARE BLACK FEMALE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SUPPOSEDLY STYLIST. **THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF**

My stylist left me with bleach on my hair, my scalp started to burn but I hadn't seen her in AWHILE so I asked where she was and another stylist said she LEFT FOR LUNCH and sure enough later on she walks in with her left overs. I had major hair loss and major burns on my scalp.

i scheduled an appointment to get a balayage today. my appointment was supposed to be at 1:00, i got a call at 10:00 this morning telling me that no one could do my hair. very unprofessional and i'm very disappointed.
