Don't go for their pharmacy. I've been in and out of the ER for the past two weeks with post op complications. Because of this I ended up having to get a new prescription for pain meds (from an entirely new doctor that did my second and third cauterizations). The first prescription was filled fine, just extremely slow despite having like 3 pharmacists and 5 techs. Then with the second one 2 weeks later, they didn't have enough to fill the whole prescription so they gave me 1/2 and told me to come back on Thursday after they ordered more. Then when I did, they said it didn't get delivered so they were going to order from a different manufacturer and to come back Monday or later. I go back Tuesday and they refuse to fill it saying they "can't do partials on this medicine" and I was like you're wrong because you ALREADY DID and I pointed to the specific pharmacist who's told me and that the tech went and talked to him. Then it was my "prescription is expired because they expire after 20 days" and I explained no, an entirely different doctor put in a NEW prescription last week like 5 days ago and they insisted it was expired. I come home and look at the bottle and it says "partial refill available until 4/16/21". Luckily I think I won't need the rest because I seem to be healing okay this time but god forbid it was something I genuinely needed. Idiots.

Terrible pharmacist, apparently they can't seem to order the right medicine. And on top of that, they didn't reorder the right thing until I called and asked about it. So....6 days without my medicine. NEVER AGAIN!

The women at the make-up check out was awesome! Super friendly and just great customer service. I was short by a dollar and she just helped me out on getting my items. I never asked for her name, but I definitely appreciate her.

I had called in my prescription and was told that it would be ready by 3:45, I got there at 4:00 and was told it would take 10-15 minutes for them to get my prescription ready despite the fact that it should have been ready 15 minutes prior. So I waited longer, yeah, it took another 40 minutes. It was generic birth control and I had been getting refills from this pharmacy for months.

Walgreens recently decided to allow gender neutral restrooms in all 8100 stores nationwide. Meaning anyone regardless of male or female can choose to use either restroom. This leaves women and children vulnerable to predators. This policy is idiotic and dangerous. Vote with your dollar and go elsewhere.

Tried this location's pharmacy twice, and both times had rude and lazy employees who refused to use common sense. It's like they could not understand that a computer can have an error, and they refused to pick up a phone to try to solve the issue. And each time there was some kind of made-up issue that I then had to baby them through. Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

Sara is the worlds greatest employee. She sees me coming and gets my prescriptions ready. I'd love to have 100 employees just like her. It's easy to see she takes pride in what she does and cares about her clients.

very unprofessional, I took my new prescription to Walgreens pharmacy and was told by one pharmacist that my medication would be ready by Friday, because we were leaving out of town Friday night. When I called Friday morning to see if it was ready, a different pharmacist told me that I can't get it until Saturday because my old prescription did not run out until then. As I tried to explain my situation to her she became belligerent, started insinuating that I was some druggie and had not told the e.r. doctor that I am on the same medicine as what was prescribed to me. I told her that my wife had given them a total of seven medicines I was taking, including this one for pain in my lower back. When I told her that the other pharmacist had promised she acted like she didn't care. I asked why she was being a total b**** because she didn't like what the other pharmacist had tried to do for me. I told her to stick the prescription and pills u0 her a*** I then called Sam's Club pharmacy and explained what happened ,I transferred all my prescriptions over. within seconds Walgreens texted a message that my prescription was ready. When I went to pick up my medicine the same pharmacist told me I was wrong and Sam's would fill it out. I was told by Sam's that since Walgreens had filled out my new prescription it could not be transferred. So to prove she had control of my ability to relieve pain she acts as if nothing was done wrong on Walgreens part.

Customer service is not the priority but attitude is! On a trip and forgot my bag with my daily meds. The doctors office said this is where they called in a few pills to get me through the next few days. Perhaps the office called into the wrong pharmacy but the attitude I received made me rather not have meds than deal. The cashier at the pharmacy looks like she rolled our of bed, was smacking gum, and covered in paint. She had an attitude and clearly offering me customer service was not in the plan. She couldn't find the called in rx. Then the pharmacist couldn't find it either and nastily told me that if I regularly filled my prescriptions at walgreens this would be a non issue. The way I was treated was the complete reason I use a local pharmacy and would rather not have medicine than use this pharmacy!
