Jennifer at Photo Printing could use some customer service skills. She stated passport photos would be ready in 25 minutes. I waited almost an hour until another worker asked if I had already received my passport photos. She called Jennifer to the counter and asked her where my passport photos were at. She then pulled them out from the alphabetical bins. Jennifer saw that I was done shopping and was waiting at the counter. She never mentioned a word that they were done.

When I arrived, the line was about 12 people deep. An hour later, I was still 4th in line and this was after 3 people ahead of me had grown impatient and left. This is ridiculous for a company with such high profits. Hire more people, pay your people better and treat them better. You should be ashamed Walgreen's. Do better.

There is a girl that works here that even memorized my children's names to make it easier to get their medication. Only for that I am giving 5 stars. Without her this would be a 3.

"Due to staffing shortages, we close at 6:30 PM." No, you close because you are lazy. Literal saw 5 of the pharmacists or assistants walk out. This is why I don't use this pharmacy unless I have no other choice.

A couple of girls that work upfront are rude. A pharmacist is rude but they are real busy.

I go to this store probably every day... Can not get over how rude the cashier's are ... The last two times there have been new cashier's that are very rude ... I will not be going back.

The pharmacy staff was very accomodating. When my insurance wouldn't cover my meds they had cards similar to GoodRX that dropped my price from over $100 down to $6. I was blown away. This was the 24hr pharmacy. The store itself is very clean and the cashiers are very friendly.

just drive thru to get some over the counter meds since my daughter is sick didn’t wanna have to go inside since she’s sick because she’d have to go in with me. the pharmacy tech janell was so sweet and helpful and got us exactly what we needed super quick!

I've been here several times to pick up prescriptions, and the usual team is great. Today however, the receptionist Anna was very disorganised and didn't really seem to know what she was doing, the pharmacist either just got out of pharmacy school or has never been there in the first place. Please bring back John and the other team.

Dropping of prescription, only one line open and 10 people in line and only one person working.. I don't understand.. this is why we d ont use walgreens very often.. only emergencies..
