I walked in the store toddy and unfortunately I couldn't get any assistance there were 3 reps in the store and only one was occupied the other 2 didn't want to provide assistance to me on purchasing a new device. So I'll just use the online service this location is horrible.

I brought my phone in to this store to get it activated. I was seen immediately upon walking in. They entire process only took a few moments. Jeremy (I think was his name) even helped me get a few more items I needed. I live in Austin and will have to say I had a great experience at this store in San Angelo.
