Horrible post office. My mail is delivered to my neighbors and I always get mail for other people. My mailbox is left open and when we do get rain my mail is wet. They shove so much mail in my box I can’t get it out. The latest is. I put 2 peace’s of mail in my box 6 days ago and put the flag up I went to the mailbox yesterday and those 2 pieces of mail were in my box with my delivered mail. They didn’t bother to take my outgoing mail out of the box before they shoved new mail in I have gone down and complained 3 times. The supposed manager told me it would be taken care of. NO it hasn’t been.

I dont wanna complain about the usps!!*but let the consumer beware...."There's much more risk involved than I ever knew!!!This can be quite costly for a person... and as just a person, I have no rights or recourse or defense against an organization's failure to do their job.Funny, it feels just exactly like straight up theft tho.Even better, the manager doesn't even care to reply. Not even a no.!

I can't even count how many times my packages have been delivered to my neighbor's house one street away. We have the same house number but different street names. In November my very important package was lost and could not be located. I guess the postal worker doesn't know how to read or just doesn't care. I would give you zero stars if that was an option.

The automated customer service is the absolute worst that I have ever had to navigate through - runs in circles - no way to speak to a human to resolve delivery issues. Once you put in all your information it informs you that you will be contacted in 1-3 business days. No wonder USPS is in trouble - customer service offered at the 800# is terrible. They spend more time in the introduction trying to get you to order at home Covid test kits. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

No surprise after seeing all the 1 star reviews... Lady was dry and monotone and speaking to me like I should know their process front and back.... lady I don't work for USPS you can educate people in a better tone or presentation. But like I said look at all the 1 stars I should have assumed USPS would be trash that's on me.....

Was beside a “rural delivery driver” in a white work truck when he tried to merge onto the loop but I was already there so he almost ran me off, he didn’t use his blinker or look to see if anyone was there before doing it. Would appreciate if someone who’s only job is driving around would actually drive safely.

I really haven’t been to this place more than once and don’t plan on going back. I made an appointment to get my passport application and photo done at 1. I had a family emergency that caused me to be late. I had everything ready- photo and application, however since I was 10 min late they denied me service. Even when I tried to explain my day, the lady shook her head like it didn’t matter what I said she was not going to be understanding. She said there the passport appointments were full, even know it was a ghost town in there and yesterday there was plenty of openings (like every spot in the afternoon). I told her I had the rest of the day off and could wait and she said nope it would have to be tomorrow. Sad that this is customer service and the only place to get a new passport done.

I currently moved and did a change of address the week that we moved. I went to the Post Office to request the mail key. They told me it would be a week or so. It has now been a month and a half and they still do not have a mailbox key for me. All they say is I don't know what to tell you.... the key is not ready. I was told that the supervisor was on vacation and they would let him know and this was 2 weeks ago. They just don't seem to care.

Mail carrier said they put my package in the parcel box , The problem is I was home eating lunch when they sent the email went the box nothing there and still have not heard from the supervisor.. strait up joke they don't care...

This is absolutely the worse place I have ever had to deal with. Some of the rudest staff and you will never talk to the Post Master he or she is never there. I have filled out seven change of address forms. I have paid over 200 dallors. I have been given a key to a rural box but the post office will not tell me were to find that box. It has been two years and still I can not get my mail. This is beyond ridiculous. I have spent hours at this post office trying to get my mail. I do not know what else to do.

Horrible delivery service! Metal sign was bent in half in order to fit it into my mailbox at my apartment. I live two blocks from the post office on Loop 306….would have rather had a note for me to go pick it up! Now I have to send this back and try again. Pure incompetence!

HORRIBLE customer service. Where they hire these folks from? People are just lazy and dont know the meaning of real customer service. Hire me ill show you how to work hard and treat people like family. Welcome to the new America. Piss poor service.
