The Santa Rita mailman is the rudest I’ve ever met in my life. Literally threw our mail into the yard on a rainy day, I had important VA documents in that batch. If he doesn’t have 50ft clearance by the mailbox he will skip our house. We were outside doing Yardwork so I went to meet the truck and he tried to skip us but I had to start yelling for him to stop and give me my mail. We moved around with the military for years and never experienced anywhere as bad as San Angelo. Never did anything for this man to act this way towards us.

I was told it would be 5-7 days to get a key for my mailbox. That was April 30th and I'm still waiting. Nobody ever answers the phone!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Justin!!! He’s done several passport services for us throughout the years and his excellent service is memorable! Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough; thank you for not only doing what you do, but doing it with a smile!

Look folks, this is a thankless, repetitive job that forces you to deal with the dregs of society (most customer service). The people here do their job and your mail goes where it is supposed to, with a higher rate of success than our judicial system. If you have had a bad time at this post office my apologies, but most of the things that go wrong here are more user error and user attitude than thr employees. Just my 2 cents.

Terrible & lazy drivers. They never come to the door, ring door bell or knock to get signatures for packages. Even caught on my doorbell camera. They always just leave a pick up slip in the mail box. On top of always giving customers bad attitude at the pickup counters at the Abe street location.

Absolutely awful postal service. The girl that serves Highland Range doesn't do her job at all. When delivering packages they are left in the middle of our driveway, (which isn't anywhere near close to the door.) mail can be held up for days, mail constantly being shipped to the wrong address with absolutely no similarities in the address other than the neighborhood, people have gotten no mail and then all mail comes at once a year later. The neighborhood Facebook page is constantly full of complaints about our service and the post office does absolutely nothing about it! While there are 1 or 2 nice works inside the office itself, everyone is completely useless and incompetent.

If I could give 0 Stars then I would. Our mail man is the worst mail man we have ever had! I was running out to meet the mailman because we were having work done in our house and they were parked in front of the mailbox. As I was running out he saw me and took off. I tried to follow him a bit but he kept going. This guy is incredibly rude and we have never done anything to him for him to be that way. Well today he delivered a package that had NOTHING in it. Like he stole the items inside and still put the prime bag inside my mailbox empty. What is their problem I absolutely do not know and I have made complaint after complaint and they are not doing a damn thing! So disrespectful and I am going to put in a police report.

Bare minimum effort staff, and the self-service machine doesn't even work properly. Scale is broken, scanner is broken- it's useless.
