$600 for a uhaul is too high! Would I recommend? I would recommend them buying their own trailer for $600. Lower your prices. Y'all tripping.

The equipment was ok. Customer service was very disappointing. To begin with I waited at the desk for about ten minutes while the guys were talking in the back and eventually had to go get them. They were having a good time and weren’t minding the store. My second disappointment came when a friend who had helped me move tried to exchange a pair of gloves that he calmed to learn after he wore them wreaked of mildew. Most on the rack for sale did. They had been opened but were in good condition except for the odor. My friend was told he could not exchange them because the guy behind the counter named Angel was not authorized. My friend let it go but I was appalled at Angels attitude and lack of knowing how to provide the courtesy of providing a contact that could authorize anything. For these reasons I was highly dissatisfied with the service at U haul and was not surprised that I had heard that the workers were discussing how slow it had been in the store and their hopes for a busy year in 2024. Clearly Angel is not someone who wants to be there which is sad for all the people who may frequent U-Haul in the future. I don’t plan to be one of them and this could have been rectified by a simple five dollar exchange and some common courtesy.

Robert and Angel were excellent! We had an issue come up that wasn’t their fault but they resolved it within 15 mins and got us on our way! Moving is stressful enough! We were so grateful for their dedication to get us on our way!

Dealing with Zac gave me faith in uhaul again. I’ve rented many uhauls for years dealing with employees that acted like I was a bother. Zac answered the phone, & had 2 uhauls ready when I arrived. He has a customer service attitude!

This man name Christian is very Un perceptional he do understand people with health conditions he keep making me and my family go back and forth in this big truck wasting gas and wont tell us the whole story and what we gotta get for this u-haul this is sad this U-haul truck take up a lot of gas and money

Angel ( didn't get last name) is one of the best you have had there in a long time. He is professional and will get better everyday he is there. He is .Respectful to everyone and conscientious about his job. All the guys were Great ! A Welcome site !The only thing I see that you could improve on as a company from these couple visits would be to rectify your internet website/company page. Way to slow especially with some things. Processing your information you put in to save time at pickup. You had better do it several days in advance. When I went to sign in at your website it told me it was sending me a verification code which I finally got six hours later. Did this multiple times and some of the these showed up 24 hours later. Loaded up or outdated or both. All in all it went smoothly thanks to the gentlemen that work there.

Customer service is extremely poor! A complete lack of concern of even attempting to provide anything that resembles customer service. I had to explain my need multiple times because the representative wasn’t actually listening and then they made suggestions that were not an option or reasonable and they would have know that if they actually listened or cared to assist.

I have never rented a u-haul but have had to rent three in the past month. The experience was great each time. Very easy to obtain and return and reasonably priced.

I reserved a 15 foot truck on 10/22/22 to move from San Angelo on 12/29/22 at 9am, two months ahead of the move. I had to get a 20 foot truck on 11/13/22 for the same moving date, one month and 16 days ahead of the move. Two days before I was supposed to pick up the truck they called and said there weren’t any trucks in San Angelo that I needed. I would have to drive to Wingate, TX to get the truck. It was 61 miles away and they gave me a 50 mile credit. The next day someone called again and said the Wingate location did not open until 4:30. The closest location that opened at 9am was Brady, TX, 78 miles and an hour and a half drive away. Instead of getting the truck at 9am I had to wait until 12pm when I could get a ride to get the truck. I lost 6 hours on moving day because they didn’t have a truck I reserved well ahead of time available. Instead of leaving San Angelo on Friday 12/30/22 I had to leave 12/31/22. I literally got the truck unloaded and had to work the next day.
