Amazing experience! I had a stylist named Erin who was very easy to talk to and made the experience fun and enjoyable! My hair was lower back length and she cut it up to between my chin and shoulders, she also thinned it out a little bit. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it in order to better educate me on how to take care of my hair and style it the way it would look best. I will 100% be retiring again and requesting for her!
Requested style: I requested my hair to be styled into a straight across bob. My hair was previously down to my lower back.
Hair type: I have very thick hair that’s wavy/straight in sections.
Stylist: My stylist was named Erin, she was very sweet and talkative. She made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk too. She explained all the services she provided and why each service was necessary for my requested style and hair type.

Called ahead of time to make sure appointment was available after driving 20 mins was told that they closed for the day and to go to another location , will take my business elsewhere.

I reached out after receiving a confirmation request for an appointment, I *DID NOT SCHEDULE* and requested they removed my information from their system.
The representative I spoke with - Misty - stated she was "to busy" to deal with me and she wasn't concerned about who set the appointment.
I live nowhere near this business and made a simple request. No wonder this company is absolutely tanking.

Kyla is one of the best stylists out there. She can perform miracles on hair and had never failed me. She does amazing at my cuts but blew me away with my color. 10/10 will always go to Kyla.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years now and I always am satisfied. The staff are super friendly and warm and inviting. If you want a quality cut or hair coloring, this is where to go!
