Terrible manager, she doesn't know how to use the Stripes App and blames the customers for not knowing either. She really needs retraining and customer relationship training because she was just awful.

Posting a sign that masks are mandatory and then not enforcing that requirement is counter productive. If the owners of Stripes aren't willing to enforce the rule that they have posted, they should remove the sign and just admit they are unwilling to protect their customers from a deadly disease.

VERY dirty bathrooms! Drinks not stocked up, none of the employees wearing masks. Keep going til you see another convenience store. All I needed was 1 Big Red.
