When I went to this office for my dog I thought she had Parvo. So I took her here they miss diagnosed her and the medicine they gave her made her stuff up because the medicine canceled each other out. I know this because I went to my main vet, she told me that she got into cat food. And also they ripped me off a lot of money, so do not go to this vet if you care for your animals. Shout out to Main Street Animal Clinic, highly recommended.

It's heartbreaking to know there is no true emergency vet care in San Angelo. Every automated message from every vet clinic refers to this place for emergency care. The recorded message here refers you to Abilene, Big Spring, Midland, Odessa or Boerne. If your pet gets sick after 6pm, go ahead and start digging the hole. That's what we ended up having to do. RIP Bandit.

We’re traveling from Washington state to Florida and had several vehicle issues and realized we were almost out of our dogs pills! They were so helpful getting us in and doing an exam without any wait. They were able to get my dogs meds filled and also treated a minor ear issue. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. If we lived here they would be my choice vet! It was so nice be able to come in on a Sunday as well.

The veterinarians are very attentive. I prefer Dr. White. She is very caring and personable. The front staff needs to be trained to be a bit more caring and providing. They don't go the extra mile to help with something so simple. I requested 2 rubber gloves so that I could appy an ointment on my cat as soon as I could. Front desk young girl could only say NO, we can't provide 2 GLOVES??? She said to go to Dollar Store. REALLY???
She was just to lazy to get them for me. I spent $350 on that one visit and $900 within the last 2 months.
I frequent this vet because I've had very good experiences with their vets. The FRONT DESK IS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION!!
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FRONT DESK--TRAIN THEM TO BE MORE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE!

I have used Southside Animal Hospital since 2010. Over the years they have done an excellent job of providing services to 4 German Shepherds, 2 West Highland Terriers, and 2 Border Collies. The most recent addition was a German Shepherd mix that had been found as a stray and that I adopted from the animal shelter. Southside reviewed the vaccinations that dog had received at the shelter and made recommendations to bring him up to speed. It does not matter which doctor I use there as they are all great. I have had to euthanize 4 dogs due to a combination of old age and medical issues and each time they have been very supportive during the process.

Love Dr White and all the office is great, they always greets us, plus know our pets by name. They’ve helped us through the loss of a pet and now adjusting to a new pet joining our family. Couldn’t ask for better care for my fur family.
