Absolutely atrocious customer service. Possibly the worst in San Angelo. I've been here 20 minutes and no one has acknowledged me. I've watched three people come in after me already walk out. This is the professional paint store?? Way better service at Ace Hardware. This place is a joke. Everyone in here waiting is furious and talking about how bad this is. Completely unacceptable.2 more people just walked out.

Really nice store! The staff members are knowledgeable and helpful, they have a good selection of colors, paint types, and supplies. My goto place for paint projects!

Outstanding Service. Guy actually walked a 1 gallon can on paint and placed it in my car for me after the sale. Folks if you never tried SW paints. Try their Duration top of the line. One coat coverage. Beautiful Rich paints. SW is Quality!
