I was moving my dorm into a storage unit for the summer with my dad and Carice, the manager, was incredibly helpful & kind throughout the process. She helped us pick the size of the unit, showed us where it was and walked us through all of the autopay and contracts. She also emailed afterwards to check with us that everything with the unit was perfect and let us know she was always available for questions or concerns. I just finished getting everything moved out of it today and she helped get everything situated with the move-out. If I ever need a storage unit in San Angelo I won't hesitate to come back to this location!”

“This place is truly run with heart thanks to storage manager Elaine, she is the most caring manager that I have ever dealt with. The past 6 years have been a great experience so far and she is so helpful and will go above and beyond to keep her customers happy and everything running smoothly. I always feel safe and secure on that property and I love that every time you enter your code to come in and out you are arming and disarming your unit alarm. They're quarterly pest control contract is definitely on point because I have never had any issues in my unit. I only have a small outdoor unit but love knowing that they have indoor climate control ones if ever needed.”
