She helped us pick the size of the unit, showed us where it was and walked us through all of the autopay and contracts. She also emailed afterwards to check with us that everything with the unit was perfect and let us know she was always available for questions or concerns. I just finished getting everything moved out of it today and she helped get everything situated with the move-out. “Thank you to Proline for supplying us with a container. I want to commend your salesman Wes for working with us especially when our driveway was flooded here on the ranch and was impassable. He was awesome to work with plus he was very courteous and understanding our problem with the water.
Also, your driver finally got to deliver on Monday 6/17/2025. I believe his name is Estaban. This gentleman remeasured for me just to make sure this great grandma had measured it correctly. He put the container in the exact place we needed.
He knew exactly where I wanted it and he made it happen. Outstanding Service and Customer Service from both these gentlemen.

“I've been a customer for about 7 years. The owners are friendly, helpful, and non intrusive. The storage units have a gated fence surrounding the entire facility. The hours in which you can access your storage unit are posted clearly at the entrance, with a warning that you need to be out by 10 pm in order to avoid being trapped inside. They aren't kidding. The code you use to open the gate to go in, and open the gate to leave, stops working the second the clock turns to 10 pm. I was trying to grab something, and although I was quick, I was not quick enough. My code stopped working, and I had to call the main number and wait for a callback so that I could get a temporary code to exit the facility. The owner was nice and said, "It happens". So, I plan to stick with them for their kindness, the prices, and the overall condition of the units, which is nice. Thanks.”
“This place is truly run with heart thanks to storage manager Elaine, she is the most caring manager that I have ever dealt with. The past 6 years have been a great experience so far and she is so helpful and will go above and beyond to keep her customers happy and everything running smoothly. I always feel safe and secure on that property and I love that every time you enter your code to come in and out you are arming and disarming your unit alarm. They're quarterly pest control contract is definitely on point because I have never had any issues in my unit. I only have a small outdoor unit but love knowing that they have indoor climate control ones if ever needed.”
