Update: Will still told another person what was going on despite me being very upset. I appreciate that a lot. He got Matt to call me. Matt helped so much and was very quick to get me help with the faulty side out gasket. Thank you guys!
Same report to the BBB (anything in parenthesis is added due to the word limit on the BBB Complaint):
I bought an RV from them May 22nd, 2024. It is a 2023 Gulf Stream Kingsport 268BH Travel Trailer. I bought extended warranty. Had a 3K downpayment, and I'm financing $22,588.23. It started leaking Friday August 31st due to the rain. RV's are not supposed to leak. Especially (ones) made in 2023. I reached out that Friday to the dealer, the person who sold it to me, Will. He said "they are already closed. Closed weekend and for labor day. Just throw down towels, and I'll call Tuesday morning." (I am very upset, but I understand and I'm still very sweet.) He never called. I called him. (I'm still sweet.) He stated he was with a customer and would call me back. Waited all day. I sent serval texts. I did not hear back from him until the dealership CLOSED. He proceeded to tell me, "I can try and have someone come look at it. They don't like working in the rain. I can see who is in your area." Even though he was supposed to do that first thing this AM? I said we are getting more rain tonight and all my stuff is getting ruined. He apologized and said "I'm just a sales guy." I started to get very upset. (Especially after this comment.) I asked may I have a different number I can call tomorrow so I can get this fixed. He would not send another number but proceeded to say "I'll call you tomorrow" even though he's "just a salesman" I demanded for the number, he still responded that he would be helping me somehow even after telling me "I'm just a salesperson" I hung up on him (super) upset. He repeatedly (OVER AND OVER) called me until I completely blew up on him. (I have the call log, I'm on a new medicine that causes terrible mood swings. no okay for me to act like that, but man leave a girl alone after you already said you cant help me) Now he won't respond because "he's closed". (Even though when he finally reached out it was after hours) My RV I haven't had for even 3 months is ruined. (Ruined all the belongings I had in my storage) This is my home. I have 2 large dogs and a kitten. I have no where to go. (or my pets) I worked hard for this home. Rent is expensive, I'm a college student working full-time to cover my hospital stays & treatment. This is not okay. I paid for extended warranty and paid to have it to where a tech can come out to fix my RV. Although they are trying to have me pay a fee to have them fix it, I feel as if that is wrong. Me only having it for three months, and it being a 2023 unit. (They are taking advantage of people. THEY ONLY DO INSIDE WALK THROUGHS. NO LADDERS ARE GIVEN SO YOU CAN SEE THE ROOF/TOP SLIDE OUTS. If I saw how this slide-out was made, I would have never bought it and got something else. I left a message to the manufacturer to hopefully get this resolved. I can not pay out of pocket, and have no home to go to. This really sucks man)

Either the worst liars or the most inept business have ever witnessed. We knew what we wanted ahead time and they just happened to have it in stock. We were met with a smiley glad hand who proceeded to tell us what we needed to put down and why we didn't need to put down as much as we originally wanted to, so be it. Every customer that called in while we talked to this "gentleman", This man, would roll his eyes and just mock and blow off having something smart to say while dismissing them getting back to us. Between talking about the "crackheads" in the hotel next door to their dealership while making the deal we were telling him we had come all the way from Odessa to look at the unit and one of our major concerns would be servicing the unit. The "gentleman" assured us they were just about to open a branch around the Odessa/Midland area and it wouldn't be a issue at all. It was a huge one, one the wasn't going to be apparent until about two weeks after t was dropped off at the Midland location which was either to busy to call or it hadn't crossed their minds to call me, I got both answers. It turns out there is another dealer in this area that sells this brand of rv here in the Odessa/Midland area so they cannot do the warranty work there as promised but if I haul it after waiting two weeks without anyone calling they would accommodate us. No thank you. By this time I had enough it wasn't enough that it looked like people had been just rummaging through my personal belongings while sitting on their lot for apparently nothing. I called politely several times and asked to have the owners call me not for any chew out session but I would want to know. It gets worse though I ended up calling the manufacturer of the unit to talk about the defects on the brand new unit and the places I could take it to get it worked on since the very reason we bought it was to make some memories with someone who's time on this planet is very limited at this point. This being said I sent this list to the same gentleman that sold us the unit and told him the mistakes he made in telling us his new location would help us and that I had spoken to the manufacturer and half of the items on the list should have been taken care of by the dealer before delivery my only problem was this was sent over text because I couldn't get this man to answer his phone. His response was even though he didn't know my wife was going to answer my phone was to chew her up one side and down the other I tried calmly several times again and again to get the owners to call me as to not Disparage anyone's company unfairly but this is where we are I asked politely many times to not be ignored by management that I feel would just cover for bad actors that have been with the company probably too long

Buyer Beware. That's all I can say. We were an out of state purchaser and bought a unit sight unseen (I even spoke with the president of this company, Matthew McConnell and told that I "should have been more diligent" in making sure the unit was in good shape. I asked how and he replied, "by hiring someone to come look at it. That's what I do and I purchase several RV's". Wow. The unit was damaged under the 5th wheel on the exterior. It was either taken in with the damage and they chose not to disclose it, or it was damaged in transport. My transportation guy said he did not damage it. No one is taking responsibility. I don't know who caused the damage. We did not. We should have been more diligent when it arrived. The lack of communication with this company was unbelievable. I filed with the BBB and was basically called a liar, that I altered texts to fit my needs and basically accusing me as follows: "or even worse Mrs. Miller caused the damage herself trying to move the RV. I have been in the RV industry for over a decade as a Manager and the damage Mrs. Miller has displayed is 100 percent indicative of damage caused by a tool box or fuel cell in the bed of a truck and the driver turning at an angle extreme enough that the tool box or fuel cell in the bed of the truck causes damage to the RV. I have attached photos and videos sent to Mrs. by her salesperson Derek that shows while in the possession of San Angelo RVs there was no damage on the RV" The video James Hall is referring to was of the inside. The damage was on the outside under the 5th wheel. There was no video of the outside of this unit from top to bottom. In addition to their unethical business practices I was called demanding and unreasonable. Was I? I was demanding because no one would answer my questions. I had no idea who I was working with. All I had were phone numbers - no names except for James' and he told me "Derek" was also involved. I even asked at one point "Is this James". No answer. It took 4 1/2 months to get the paperwork for us to license this unit. There was apparently a problem with the original title and yes, I hounded them so that we could get it licensed. Shame on me for being "demanding and unreasonable" for wanting them to do their job. I would steer clear of this place. As stated above, the president, Matthew McConnell told me he would be getting back to me on Monday. (we spoke Friday 14; Monday would have been the 17th). He never called back. If I could give this business a 0 rating I would. San Angelos RV agreed to pay me $155 because we received the unit with no temp tag. I have yet to see that money. They agreed to it on June 17. Today is July 2, The published price has added expenses - just beware!
Update: I have yet to receive the video showing there was no damage while in possession of San Angelo RVs. In their response, they accused me of damaging the unit and lying and being deceptive in my texts. Even going so far as to say that I changed my text to fit the complaint. I was called unreasonable and demanding. I may have been in some instances. I will accept that and own that. I could’ve handled things differently in those instances. However, for a business to insinuate that I am a dishonest person and would damage the unit myself is totally unprofessional and unethical. Just be careful when working with this business if you choose to do so.

Update may 2024:
Bought an RV here and it wasn't a very good experience. The staff is nice and the tech did a good job showing everything. However. The RV was brand new but it apparently wasn't cleaned before we picked it up. I had to ask "you're sure this is new?" as I kept wiping dirt and funk off of it. What really ticked me off was that I was told at the last minute, at noon, that I could pick it up that day or wait until the following week. It was only Wednesday and we had reservations for the weekend. So I quickly drove 4 hours to get there before they closed. I was tired and didn't want to drive a brand new RV back in the dark so I asked if I could just park in their lot for the night. They wouldn't allow it. So I spent over 60k and can't park in the parking lot. But I spent 100 dollars at Walmart down the street and they were totally cool with an overnight stay. Their excuse is that "there's a lot of shootings in the dangerous motel next door." So, if you plan on visiting, be careful you don't get shot in their parking lot. It's a super dangerous location according to their general manager. Might as well go somewhere where you'll be safe.
Also, y'all should take down the giant poster that says "ask about a free one year pass to thousand trails," since when you ask you say it's a scam and you don't participate any more.

The salesman was nice when showing around the RVs. Once we told him that we wanted to buy, he started the paperwork and we gave him a deposit. He told us that the deposit was to hold the RV while the business deal was in process. On a Thursday we got our loan approved from our bank and were waiting on the bank to communicate with them. On Good Friday, when our bank was closed, the salesman was demanding bank information that we didn't have control over since it was a holiday. My husband told him to wait until Monday once our bank was open. He called my husband and told him that the RV had been sold to someone else. Is this really how business is conducted here? We went somewhere else where we had a great experience, the salesman was upfront and honest and we're satisfied with our new RV. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm not sure if we had that experience because we went with our bank to finance and didn't go through theirs. Theirs had a higher interest rate than our bank.

I worked with Will Eubank to purchase a trailer here in May 2022. The deal was so good that I drove from southern California to San Angelo. We purchased a brand new 2022 Winnebago Hike 170S. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We added a Husky stabilizer and a Curt wireless trailer brake controller. They had everything installed to my receiver and lined up in no time and took the time to walk the trailer and show me all the functions. Great experience.

Had an issue with our water heater and our inlet water connexion. Was very nice talking with Geno Lefever who fixed our problem. Good place to stop if you have a problem with your rv in San Angelo.

We were looking at a specific rv and our staff member was Cameron. He did such a thorough job with pictures and videos- even a face time virtual tour- as we are out of state. He was communicative and honest. Although we didn’t end up getting the rv as we ultimately went with something closer, working with Cameron was great!
