I broke down 20miles north of Sweetwater, Tx. These guys answered my call when no one else would. He got me a tow truck to his shop and had me back on the road in about 4hrs. It wasn't an easy task but needless to say I'm mobile again. Excellent job buddy. I recommend you look this guy up if you're ever in trouble in or around Sweetwater. Thanks again.

Took my truck with complete confidence and got Screwed over! The fix lasted just long enough for their "warranty" to expire... the warranty they wouldnt tell me when it expired until i told them the problem...how ironic...the last fix was $456 and i wasnt surprised that the next fix would require a complete unit change (a/c) for a total of $1250.

Nice guys. They diagnosed my car and it wasn't the original suspected cause.Rudy called me to tell me that it would be more than original $100 to continue looking at other possibilities. I said ok. He continued looking, did not find it and when I picked up the car. He told me a couple of things to try to find the problem. I know trying to find the right faulty sensor can be very time consuming. In the end he only charged me the original$100. That is what I do fory customers. Totally fair!!!

I have taken my vehicle in to Rudy's a few times now, and I find myself happy with the experience all 3 times. That is not something that I can honestly say of too many things. The guys working there are both friendly and knowledgeable. They work as quickly as they can safely and twice now, I have had same day service on long jobs.

Would give 0 starts if I could! 800 later and the car is exactly the same as I brought it in. He claimed to have fixed a head gasket leak that is still leaking and smoking go anywhere but here!Service: Engine repair

Brought in my 2010 Ford Escape for an A/C issue. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day, and have it fixed within 24 hours of dropping the vehicle off. I highly recommend Rudy’s.

If you have the misfortune of having your car break down while a family member is being treated at Shannon Hospital, Rudy’s automotive is very close to the main hospital.They were able to diagnose and repair my van in one day.
