Was treated nice at the cashier but the people greeting acted like they didn't want to be there. Your employees need to make the customers want to come back.

Clean. Not much to pick from. Girl at the registar was not the vibe.
Just look at her face.
I set my items down to remove the hanger and she didnt like that. Was less than Pleasant. Lucky for me im Just passing through

The Ross here in San Angelo is alright. They don't tend to have what I'm looking for generally. The lines, like every Ross, are long and you can expect some LONG wait times on the weekends, even worse on up coming holidays. This location, however, is the cleanest Ross. They are so organized and maintained. Usually, Ross is very disorganized and messy but not this one. They actually spend some time on cleaning it up which goes a long way. I definitely recommend this location.

This is one of the best Ross stores I have visited. The store is clean and well organized. You are greeted when you walk in the door. There is a wide variety of merchandise to browse. The checkout line goes quickly. The employees are polite and prompt. We are frequent flyers here and always enjoy our visit.
