Hours: Owner John Phillips started off as an Exxon distributor in the 1950s. In 1981, Phillips bought Regal Oil, bringing in his son, Doug, to help him run the business. In 1991, son-in-law, Dan Baker, joined the business as Treasurer and Director of Operations. In 2020, to continue the family tradition, grandson, Matt Phillips, was hired to maintain and increase our customer base. In October 2020, Georgia-based Majors Management, LLC. finalized the purchase of all (14) Regal Oil Inc. owned convenience stores in Big Spring, Eden, Eldorado, Junction, Mertzon and San Angelo. Today, with our fleet of transports and bobtails we continue to supply our customers off-road diesel, highway diesel and gasoline throughout the State of Texas.
