The service center is horrible! 1st time they had my car for a month! 2nd time they took all day for a 20 min job and had issues finding my car in their system when I took it to them at 7am that morning. Not happy with Jim bass ford service center. I don't like taking my car to them!

Service is ridiculously slow. transparency is non existent when it comes to the customers. parts are always on back order, and unless you call and make a complaint, they wont consider contacting the escalation team to have your order placed on emergency order. Joe Key, the service manager, has no contact with any of his customers. He forwards you to a service rep, which in turn will refer you to talk to someone with ford customer care, which in turn they'll forward you to someone in "Ford Protective Administration", which in turn will forward you to "truck concern department". Basically, they give you the run around instead of a more simple solution of just placing everyones order on emergency order. what qualifies an order to be an emergency order? who's repair is more important than the last? every repair should be treated like an emergency because it ultimately IS. Having updates, and follow ups with your customers is essential especially when having to wait on a part for 6 MONTHS with no guaranteed date of arrival. And not to mention no offers for a rental car. all at the expense of the customer. this dealership will just poke you in the eyes. they wont check to see if you have any Extended care packages or any benefits unless you specifically tell them to. they play stupid and just tell you your going to pay out of pocket. they do this to see if you'll notice so that they can charge you MORE. just take your vehicle to a local mechanic shop. i dont wish this ongoing trouble with anybody.

When anyone reads this review they will be shocked. Last month August 2022 my husband made a service appointment with Jim Bass Ford. The service appointment was set for today 9/21/22 at 8:30 AM I received a service text from them the day before..When I arrived I was told that they were 3 weeks to a month out and to park my truck and they'll get to it in that time frame! I commented that I have no vehicle other than my truck and cannot leave it in their parking lot for a month. The service tech said " I don't know what to tell ya " . I asked for them to contact me the day before they would be able to work on or even diagnose the truck problems. The tech said if I didn't leave it today I lose my place and won't be seen for months! My husband tried to speak with the owner with no luck. He happens to be on vacation! If you notice any good reviews the owner is so very thankful but these constructive or problematic reviews...NOT A PEEP OUT OF ANYONE! Mr. Bass I'm not stopping here with my issues with you and your dealership. You need to wake up and take care of ALL YOUR BUSINESS not just car & truck sales. You should be ashamed of the way customers are dealt with by your employees.

Edgar Galvan is the most wonderful person I have come across in the past few months. He helped me out with explaining every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. This man was so kind and very informative about my vehicle. I am looking at trading in my current Ford and I will come back here to do it. Genuine staff and all are nice.

I can’t express enough how amazing Taylor Bryce made our car buying experience so easy and FUN! He took EXCEPTIONAL CARE of us and made sure I was HAPPY and got me in a car that I LOVED!
