Pumpkin patch has been welcoming to my little family. As a first time momma, they make it easier to trust my little one around others. I’m glad we chose this daycare.

This place is a joke! My grandson was bitten and broke skin but the mother was never called and was told it happened! When she went and picked him up took him to car and saw it on his arm. Went back in side and was told they had no idea what happened and didn’t have any info. So the next day she talked them and again no one knew nothing. We spoke to Jill and she told us she would handle it. So Sara talk to her again today and was told she handled meaning she spoke with the staff. Sara asked if it was documented and was it reported and she said what do you mean? Sara was like umm what do you think I mean documented and reported? Jill told her just consider His last day yesterday. She was very rude. It’s not the fact that he was bitten but NO ONE EVEN NOTICED HE WAS BITTEN! And it wasn’t washed or cleaned. Very unprofessional and rude people! Do not take your precious kids over there!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!!!

My son has been here for a while now and every time I get him back he has a bruise or a cut. Every time I have called them they are rude. They do not have a website or any way to make a payment besides walking in there. Overall not very savvy business-wise and I don't trust them. Ill be glad when my son starts kindergarten so he doesn't have to go here anymore.

My granddaughter goes to Pumpkin Patch and she loves it there. She is happy when my daughter drops her off and happy when she picks her up. She has been other places where she cried being dropped off and was crying when picked up. It has been a relief to be someplace that genuinely cares about our grandchild! I cannot praise this place enough!

They were quick to tell me when my kids were misbehaving but I had to dig for answers when my kids would get hurt.

I have been taking my daughter (now 5) to the PPP for over two years now--I've never seen anything close to what these other reviewers are discussing. They have very attentive staff, they communicate any and all issues effectively with both the children and the parents, they have all their policies posted for the customers to read, and they do not charge an arm and a leg to do so. In fact, the more kids you have, the bigger discount you get. They also have military discount for those who aren't able to get into the CDC.Just like most daycares, if your child is exhibiting problematic behaviors or is a host to bacterial/viral infection, you will be asked to take your child home. Depending on the severity of the sickness, you might not be able to bring them back for a couple of days. This is inconvenient, but no different than most child care centers. The hours are conducive to working daytime shifts, and the meals they feed the children are relatively healthy. I have no major complaints about this preschool or its management, and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
