I went in to the store the other day to get my daughter an outfit for her birthday (her mom sadly passed away 8 months ago) I was not greeted at the door, I was undermined by the staff and asked multiple times why I didn’t “just have my wife come in” whenever I asked questions. Neither the staff nor the management cared to help. I walked out empty handed. Had a lot better luck at other stores. Will not be returning.

Any time I am looking for an outfit, I make sure to run to Pretty & Pink. They always have the kind of look I’m going for from head to toe ? If I don’t have time to shop around, I know I can order online and they will have it ready for me. Thank you ladies for always helping me look/feel my best ☺️ I’ll never stop shopping with y’all

I’ve stepped into the boutique a couple of times, both times I was not greeted. I’m genuinely in there to purchase an item I’ve seen online. As I’m walking around the store trying to find the item, no one ever ask if I’m needing assistance.

I’ll start off with positives…-Plus sizes offered-Good variety of clothes to choose from online.What didn’t go well…- I ordered from this boutique on 12/19 and paid extra for express shipping (2-3 days). I received my order on 12/27 but was still charged for express shipping.-The bodysuit I ordered had deodorant marks all over the bottom of it. Clearly whoever packaged the order didn’t check the quality of clothes being sent.-The second item (a sweater) was just thrown into the mailing box without being in a bag to protect the sweater. (The bodysuit was packaged in a clear bag).I really just wish more consideration was taken into people who purchase online and how their order looks when the customer opens the box. I would return but unfortunately I need both items for an event in a few days. Slightly disappointed.

We were im town for a wedding ( Friday November 18th) Last minute they told us it was western so we went to the mall and found this cute boutique the girl was very helpful found some boots and a dress but they didn’t have the boots in my size so I said let me go to Cavender see if I can find some boots to match the dress and I’ll come back tomorrow and get the dress if I find them. Went to Cavender‘s bought the boots (the very next day) which was November 19th . The girls that were in there were not very helpful (unlike the sweet girl from the night before) I pulled the dress myself and we leave do all the wedding stuff we needed to do and by the time it was time to get ready for the wedding I pull out the dress and they left the alarm on it…. so sad to say I couldn’t wear the outfit to the wedding I had to wear something I already had . I was very disappointed. We had no time to go get the alarm removed. So girls stay off your phones and PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS!!! Wasted time and money (you would have had a great customer with me but now I’ll probably never return. I live in Kerrville so it’s not like I can just go back any time to have the alarm removed.UpdateI got the alarm removed (at my store) but the problem was that I got the dress for that one day and couldn’t wear it.
