My family has used this laundry mat for bedding the past 3 years until this morning.
The amount of broken washers makes it impossible to be efficient with your time and you better hope you’re there early to snag what machines are working. But not too early or you’ll crash the adult slumber party going on up there since the establishment is 24/7 with no overnight attendant? The place has gone downhill at a rapid rate and no longer worth the trip.

The last couple of times I've come in here I was REAL surprised. SO many machines have Out of Order signs on them! I continue to come back because,
1)They take cards and have an app you can start the machines with
2) They are 24hrs
3) They have big tables to fold your clothes on so finishing your clothes quick is no problem.
4) Big washers and dryers for bedding that aren't too expensive.
I REALLY don't want to stop coming here because it is so close but guys PLEASE, fix your machines! Makes the place feel trashy. ?

The bar for self-service car washes is pretty low right now. This place only has one working bay, but it has a credit card reader, and it works, so 27 stars.

Dnt make it a 24 hr laundry mat if you can't maintain it get with the program all you guys are doing is taking people money and they can't get it back dnt go to this place last time I'm ever going there best believe I was a regular to this is really disappointing

completely satisfactory laundry site, has an attendant on site to explain the card system and help you with the "one-offs" that sometimes occur.

I was in a line to hand wash my vehicle for over an hour because there was only one working stall out of 4. At that you could only use your card to pay because the quarter slot was stuck. Be better pecos street car wash!

Been coming here for years but not anymore .Everything is broken don't waste your time or money here! People lose money in the machines and the machines barely work if at all...as of the time writing this over half of the washers and dryers have out of order signs on them and a lady put clothes in the dryers today and now the machines won't open and she can't get her clothes out...do not use this location

Dryers, washing machine are all out of order, place is dirty. Will not be coming back, should have left an attendant on duty. Place was so much nicer and clean and the heat is turned way down, so you are just feeding the dryers.

I’ve used this place for years, but since it became 24/7 recently I’ve encountered more problems than I did in the past. Most of the machines are down, and I’m thankful for the kind employee that showed up to help everyone out, since all the machines stopped working mid water fill. He was very patient and did give us refunds. But I’m not sure if it’s worth the risk to return.

The washers were pretty good, but the dryer just did not do the job other than that. It was okay. The car wash. I don't know what's happened to it. It's all dirty dirty everywhere. I think there's only like one Bay. 2 bays open, so there used to be real. Good about keeping it clean.
