Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. No communication with customers, constantly understaffed and have an excuse for everything. Dropped vehicle off for repair and had to take it back multiple times to fix issues that were still wrong after they returned it back to me saying it was done. At one point the owner even told me “well at least it’s better than when it came in wrecked”. If you want your vehicle fixed the first time and fixed properly/safely I highly recommend avoiding this business.

I also waited a month and no phone calls were returned not to mention my vehicle was kept outside where homeless people hung out asking for loose change. The last day I went to see what was going on, all the doors were open and the office with all the keys to the vehicles laid out on the dusty desk. I hope this place gets a better system of doing things. I thought because all the SAPD cars got worked on there that it would be a good place, probably because they are the lowest bitter. This place is Very unprofessional and careless to say the least!!!

After getting in an accident on a weekend, I had my car towed to pardners body shop and dropped it off without an appointment. I gave them my apologies for not having an appointment and that I was okay having to wait a longer amount of time due to covid, hail damages, etc. I was told I could get an estimate within 24 hours, however it ended up taking 5 business days. Once I finally got the estimate, I was told since I didn't have an appointment the car would not be ready for 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Throughout the next 3 weeks I would drive by and see my car still sitting in the same place. I would call to try and get an update, but would be immediately sent to voicemail. I called one day to inform them that I was on my way to get something out of the car, but was sent to voicemail and once I got there the receptionist was sitting there at her desk, with the phone in her hand.. I was suspicious as to why I get sent to voicemail anytime I call. The next week I try and call to see if the car has been started because it has now been a month that my car has been sitting in the same spot, untouched. I call from my cellphone three time to get sent to voiemail each time. I then decide to call from my office phone (which has a different phone number) and sure enough after 2 rings the phone is answered by the receptionist. Once I realized my calls were getting dodged I had my car towed somewhere else after a wasted month. I tried talking to the owner about how my calls were being avoided and he did not seem to care and even made a joke about it, so im sure he was in on it as well. Both Mike and the receptionist seemed like they had no intention of ever fixing my car as they seemed relieved that I was taking my business elsewhere. I was fine waiting as long as it takes to fix my car as long as it was being taken care of, they did the estimate and never gave my car another glance. And it was extremely unprofessional for two grown adults to avoid a customers calls instead of blatantly telling me that they couldn't work on the car. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Very unprofessional. Mike had done work in the past for me and did great work for me then. Took my vehicle there this time around. The vehicle stayed in the front of the shop and no one touched the car for a month. I called and showed up several times to ask about my vehicle. Mike was always “gone” according to the receptionist who also was screening my phones calls. I had to call from a different phone for her to answer. I am not sure why they agreed to work on it if they did not have an intention of doing anything. I Had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop. When I addressed my issues with Mike, he acted as if didn’t know anything about the messages I had been leaving him.

This was the third time that I have used Pardner's Body Shop. The owner is the person who handles your repairs. The work has been flawless When they get done, you can't tell the vehicle was ever been damaged. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else...

I took my vehicle in for an estimate after being referred to Pardoner’s by another repair place in San Angelo. I met with Mike Richardson and he gave an estimate and ask I bring the truck in on a specific date. He said the repair would take approximately one day. I brought the vehicle in on that date and dropped it off. The receptionist seemed as if she was unaware and not expecting me. I explained I spoke with Mike and was told they would get started on this day. She took my information and I left. I called three days later for an update and learned the truck had not even moved. I asked for Mike to call me and after several hours he never called. I drove to the shop and found my truck still sitting in the same spot and fully exposed to the public on a busy street. I retrieved my keys and was told Mike was not there. It seemed by the response this was normal behavior.

We always have had good work done by Pardners. If something was missed it was fixed and soon as made them aware.

What a great group of guys helping a young kid out. My son was directed to their shop from another shop to fix a bent door. They could have really taken advantage of this kid but instead hooked him right up. We have another car that we will most definitely take to them for repair.

Pardner's Body Shop went above and beyond on my vehicle. Mike was polite courteous and understanding. I had to get my car back faster than desired for certain reasons. They did an amazing job on not only the outer damage but also made an incredible attempt at cleaning some interior children damage (fellow parents might relate haha) I feel if I didn't have to rush it I would have not even recognized the car haha! Before and after photos... if I can find a way to share!
