This was by far the worst service I've ever had. All I wanted to do was get my nails removed, and they were incredibly unprofessional and acted like it was super inconvenient. They could've just said we don't do that or denied my service if it's was that inconvenient that I didn't want to get a whole new set plus a pedicure and a wax like... the whole time all the employees were literally making snarky remarks because the manicurist kept asking me if i wanted a new set, a gel color on it, literally anything to up sell. i just wanted to get my nails off, that's all ma'am. Not only was the nail service and customer service a 0/5 stars realistically, she charged me $15... to remove my nails. never have i ever been charged more than $10... because i only have 10 fingers... plus i tipped her just cause it would've felt wrong not to, but i have fuzz and STILL have a layer of my old nails all over my hands now. Never again. Do not go, there's so many other salons in San Angelo. I could've bitten them off like the manicurist suggested I should do. :)

I went there they make my nail horrible, short and super expensive, she told me Becase in mall they rase rent. After one week my nail was coming of powder,,, she say next week come I fix better . This is horrible never ever come back

Worse place ever! I thought the first time was bad but gave them a second chance and it was no better! After 2 days nail polish came off, they were rushed and did not do a good job on my eyebrows! I’m so mad that I gave them a second chance

Got a manicure and felt like it was rushed. My nails are all crooked, uneven, really thick, and the shilac nail polish was everywhere... another lady checking me out, noticed that and tried to fix it but didn't finish.

Very bad experience I got a dip on my nails which cost 45$ mind you the lady told me a different price when I walked in and changed it when I was at the register I haven’t even had my nails on for more than 10 days and they’re already falling off I also got a pedicure that was rushed because they were short staffed!! Would not recommend

Literally the worst place ever, I paid $50 for acrylics that won’t even last a week!! I went to demand a refund and they refused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I'm only giving one star, since I can't give anything less than that! My daughter was wanting to get her nails painted, so we went to Nail Glamour Rose. The lady greeted saying, it would be a 30 minute. We walked around the little area outside the nail place since it was crowded inside the salon. Around 15 minutes later, we see some openings on the chairs to sit down and wait inside the salon. As soon as we walked up, we were greeted by a gentleman, who asked if we wanted something. Before we could answer, he rudely says, we're busy right in our faces and walked off. When asked what he said, to confirm that is actually what he said. We explained to him that we had spoken to a lady earlier, who said it would be a 30 minute wait. So after that, he still expected us to have our daughter's nails done there.
