I've always had good experiences with Morrison Supply Companies. I deal mostly with the plumbing counter and HVAC counter and don't really have any dealings with the front sales. They tend to have what you need of whatever they sell. But, if they don't, they can usually get it the next business day from one of their other stores in the US.

Came here today and bought some parts to install an RO water filter. I forgot my list, so I showed them a picture of the problem. He returned with the exact parts I needed and the installation went perfectly. Thank you.

Just moved back to SA and the home we have had a low toilet. I bought a new ADA elongated bowl, tank and seat in the morning, and they delivered it after lunch. Plumber had it in before dinner. Great service!! Appreciate the quick delivery, guys!

They were very knowledgeable and helpful, Ran into a couple plumbers from Angelo State University that were fantastic ambassadors for their school. After meeting them I would send my children to their school! ASU is awesome

After using Morrison in Lubbock for over 10 years with great service every time, I'm extremely disappointed in the way these guys work with new potential customers. Between the horrible attitude and acting like your a burden bc you don't have a acct with them I will never return to this Morrison supply...I'll drive to Lubbock or go to a big box store before ever returning here.

Its a decent plumbing supply house, their biggest problem is properly stocking items. Even common things. Often don't have what you need, but are willing to order it. The staff is great and very helpful though.

Had a leaking water heater that was still in warranty. They refused to honor the warranty according to the plumber. Do not buy from these people!! No help of any form.
