“I had a great experience with upgrading my phone and switching over to AT&T. The deal I got on the actual phone, that I upgraded to, was really good, however, the actual service plans can be pretty pricey, but not any more pricey than Verizon or T-Mobile. I have had great service so far and I live in a very rural area, thus my reasoning for switching in the first place, as I had terrible service with Straight Talk. I am overall very satisfied, and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wish these larger service companies would work on reducing prices, but hey….what can you do…?”

Jess was very apologetic which I told her it was not her fault. But the 2 young ladies in that store were very polite, very helpful, and very nice. So I would recommend going there if you were looking for service. And you were looking for helpful people.”
