Maddi that works in customer service needs to Grow Up !!! I have gone to customer service numerous times to cash a payroll check and she always tries to get out of work Gets on the phone in an attempt to find out what the limit on a payroll check Then stands and looks at the check I have been there numerous times to cash the same payroll check If she can't or doesn't want to do her job She needs to leave!! Again Maddi Grow Up !!

We went in to look at the book of cakes to order for a birthday. I asked the lady in the bakery for the book while she was sweeping. She said "when do you want the cake??" like we couldn't even look at the book unless it was in the proper time frame. She kept sweeping, got the dust pan, swept the dirt up, finally got the book, then tossed it at us. She was so inconvenienced by a customer at her customer service job that we said forget it!!! Told everyone we knew how rude she was and not to order from that bakery. Never will again.

I have been in San Angelo for many years. I went to Market Street the other day and I was having trouble finding an item, an employee wearing a sky-blue t-shirt with the writing Streetside on the front named Randy came to my rescue. He not only walked me over to the item but he placed it in my basket for me, then asked "is there anything else I can help you find?" and he actually allowed me to respond no thank you before most would just walk away not giving a person a chance to answer, he said he hoped I had an amazing rest of my day and that if I need further assistance please don't hesitate to ask, that he will be on one of the aisles shopping other orders and would have no problem helping me again. I have to admit he has the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen, they actually appear to change color almost a Zen-like image or how a mood ring changes color, when he directly looks at you and you are close enough to look in his eyes. His personality is so sweet you can tell he truly cares and tries to help the customers. Management should really consider promoting him soon. He is the true symbol of leadership and customer service. Sincerely Randy thank you for your dedication to not only the store but to the customers. Managment please promote this guy as soon as possible. With employees like him I will continue to shop here. P.S. I saw him in the parking lot helping another customer by placing their groceries in their trunk, once he finished, he told the customer thank you and please come back soon. I had parked beside the car he helped without hesitation he walked up to me thanking me for shopping at the store and loaded my groceries as well also closing my trunk for me stating again it was his pleasure assisting me today and please come back soon taking my basket i used back inside. The other customer he helped with their groceries told me he goes out of his way to learn your name if you are a regular and he is always a very pleasant person to speak to. You can tell he likes his job, and he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome :) I will look for him if I need any help in the future. Thank you again.

I have been shopping, almost exclusively, at this Albertsons/Market Street for nearly 20 years. There is a reason I shop here; the staff and crew have ALWAYS been super nice, friendly and helpful, until today. My experience today was super pleasant until I checked out and encountered Nina Sandoval. She was sullen, unfriendly and uncheerful; all in all an unpleasant person. Being pregnant, I might imagine she was feeling uncomfortable, but she was the most unpleasant employee I have ever encountered at Market Street. If she was feeling that poorly she should have gone home. She never said hello, how are you doing, did you find everything all right, how many bags do you have or thank you. Meanwhile, the sacker was wonderful! A checker like this certainly hurts the reputation of the store and I'll have to watch to make sure she never checks me out again.

Nice store. I love the fresh food and sushi. My favorite section is most definitely the produce section! It is the best in town and always so fresh and full! It’s always a treat heading to Market Street ?

I have never had issues with this store until NOW. I shopped for a few items and cashed out at Self Check-Out. As I approached the station, the older gentleman didn't say anything to me. He simply stared at me. As I was ringing up my items, I noticed he was staring at me very intently. There were two other people ringing up their items at the same time... but they weren't people of color (they were the same race as him). As they finished and walked by, the gentleman gave them a warm farewell and "Have a great day!" When I was done cashing out, the gentleman turned around and didn't pay any attention to the fact that I needed help getting my groceries out. I can't help but narrow this down to race. I shop here frequently and pay for groceries out of MY OWN MONEY. This was very unnecessary on the gentleman's part. I felt targeted.
