Mark’s agency has been providing my insurance needs for decades and I have not found a more reliable, service oriented and fair agency to work with and I’ve worked with many. Him and his staff do an outstanding job of servicing my many policies with exceptional service and very competitive rates that consistently beat the other guys I appreciate their dedication to ensuring I’m happy and taken care of.

For years, I was a satisfied online Allstate (automobile insurance) customer, but then, I was randomly assigned a local agent. Much to my dismay, my rates increased immediately & have continued to rise. Not to mention, I’m constantly receiving correspondence from him, but when I emailed him with interest in renter’s insurance, my request for information went unanswered. In layman‘s terms, I never heard from him or his office! Presently, I’m actively searching for a different automobile insurance company &/or agent.

I had an accident on a Friday night, was rear-ended by a distracted teenager. I received a call from the insurance team at Mark Vega's office on Monday morning before I had a chance to call them. I was pleasantly surprised as they were genuinely concerned and assured me that all would be taken care of. I am now a very loyal customer. Thank you for your great service!
