Rude. Absolutely Rude. Spoke directly to the owner and he would not even give me the time of day. Wouldn't let me speak. Almost seems like a burden to answer my questions.

Rude, not helpful and condescending. Find a different agent this one has NO intentions on helping when you run into an issue gives you the runaround and makes excuses
