I had a concentrator go out at night on a week-end. Matt from local LINCARE (San Angelo) came out and brought another one. Great service. LINCARE in San Angelo has always gone above and beyond when I have needed their service.

Complete lack of customer service. I have called them 4 months in a row and provided all of my Insurance information and they have still not updated my Primary Insurance. They hung up on me last night. Done with them, requested a referral to a different company last.

I am beyond frustrated! I’ve been calling, visited the local San Angelo office, faxed & about ready to send smoke signals. My elder mother is fortunate she has me to assist w/her matters; however, the elder community that has no help at home, I completely feel bad for. Their billing department is horrible, you can never get someone from the local SA office to assist & don’t even bother w/Becky from the SA office, she never ever returns phone calls. The centralize office will just transfer you to the local San Angelo office & they just hang up on you. I left messages asking for supervisor and/ or manager to call me, nothing!

I am very impressed and satisfied with the respiratory services provided by the local Lincare (formerly American HomePatient) service center. The local staff is very responsive to the needs of their clients and patients and they're great at solving problems or oversights. They won't waste your time blaming anyone for mistakes (other companies) or looking for scape goats (physicians' nurses or staff), they'll focus on the problem at hand and solve it. They've been my bi-pap device supplier since 2003 and, with very few exceptions, have performed professionally and with a great deal of concern.

Horrible Horrible service and do not care about the patients! Worst place ever if you need oxygen or supplies go somewhere else. My dad would have died left up Lincare!!!! I am appalled.
