I must say, Sahra's exceptional customer service skills and extensive knowledge of the products really stood out to me. In fact, I believe she is one of the best employees across all the Lifted shops, surpassing the expectations of 99% of people when it comes to serving customers.Sahra's expertise in the industry is evident as she effortlessly guided me through the shop, answering all my questions and providing valuable recommendations. Her genuine passion for the products and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. Thanks to her, I had a fantastic shopping experience and found exactly what I was looking for.I believe Sahra's contributions to Lifted Smoke and Vape Shop are invaluable. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion to a managerial position, whether it be store manager or regional manager. Her absence would surely be a significant loss for the business. Have been a loyal customer here for about 6 years. And I will say from the owners to the associates at Lifted they know the true meaning of great customer service and they always treat me like family. Very knowledgeable on everything from CBD products to the best kratom you can get and they have a beautiful selection of glass pieces. Looking for a smoke shop in San Angelo choose Lifted you won't regret it!

I recently quit smoking cigarettes.I went in for a nicotine vape . Had a conversation with Kyle told him my budget and he recommended different products in my price range he was very knowledgeable about everything. He knew the specifics, the puffs in each module and shared feedback of what other customers thought of each one. I asked about flavors and when he described this vape I was sold on his description of the flavor (fruity pebbles)I got to try it before I left to make sure it was working & he was spot on! His customer service was a 10!Will definitely be returning. ??
