I was just making me coffee and gonna grab a bite to eat When I noticed this lady was practically standing over me as I am preparing my coffee. I had to actually stop what I was doing a couple of times because she was acting as if she was cleaning the coffee area when there was nothing dirty..when I needed to use the restroom. So I Place my sandwiches back in the Warmer. When over to use the restroom when the lady follow me and there and questioning me if I brought my. Items into the restroom. I told her no ma'am I did not. I placed them back in the warmer and the other employee saw me do so. I didn't wash my hands as she pretty much stood over me.. As I came up a restroom I walked over and poured my coffee out. Because I was already humiliated embarrassed and frustrated for some effect that she did this in front of is work full of people.. I then asked her for her manager's name answer. Refuse to give it to me, I said. What is there a phone number that I can speak to somebody? She's in no she couldn't give me the information either. I didn't ask her her name and she refused to give me her name at first. But then said her name was elena. She is bigger hispanic lady with long dark hair very rude. I am still sitting out in front of these door as we speak leading for. The district manager to call me back. Because I had to look it up online and get the regional offices phone number. So I can make this complaint. I didn't inform the lady that I would stand out here and tell every customer walking in what kind of customer service this door has and what they done to me. She's dating that she would have Mr. Halario, call me ASAP. So I will sit here and wait..

Great selection of fountain drinks and the staff is always super polite. update.......
This was a great store until a cashier made a mistake and the accused me of theft due to her mistake. I dont know about how this store functions but when I was in retail and made a mistake that was on me and I would never think to address it with the customer. Much less say I have to pay or they are giving it over to loss prevention as if I am a thief. I would visit the store 3x a week at least and now I will be going up the street to Stripes. now in fairness I lost it a bit slammed my money on the counter and walked out. I apologize for that.

Great food. Friendly cook and cashiers. Clean restrooms. The food was quick and made to order. Fresh coffee, variety of flavors. There were fresh salads, pre-made. Gas prices were competitive. I highly recommend and give this place an overall 5 star rating.

At least 3 month's this locations air in the parking Lot And at the every isle at the truck pumps have been unavailable.
Since this was the closest air within 5 miles I think Bill Kent would have some Concern since Free air at Kent Kwik has Aways been import

Big concrete lot to fit 50 trucks , clean restrooms and showers (12$) . Friendly staff also have laundry !

When traveling to the Panhandle I make sure to stop here. The store has always been nice & clean, along with restrooms. I especially enjoy how there is a grassy area for the pups. I just wish everyone with pups would learn to use a poop bag. I stopped by earlier in the week & it was filled with poop but I stopped by today & it was all cleaned up. ??

The fact that some pumps are no longer prepay at the pump because their systems are messed up You walk in with a credit card and cannot activate the pump with them holding the card is frustrating. Especially with a company card that has been used for multiple years. Also the fact that lots of things on the changing taking out things that were very good to begin with that your company is no longer keeping is making it to where this particular individual is no longer going to be shopping at your stores. Or will I be stopping at the store that I have been frequenting for the last 5 years. I guess I will try my luck at 7-Eleven or shell.

Hello first thing is thank yall for this truck stop I've been driving trucks for 44 years and its been a long time since we have had a real truck stop in san angelo. the thing is the showers are awesome but need air circulation I'm old and just about to have a heart attack if you understand what I mean thank you again and for understanding

This is absolutely the cleanest and most organized gas station I have EVER been to! Friendly, helpful staff...very clean bathrooms, lots of amenities, great drink and food choices. I'm going to say it~ smaller yet better than Buccees.This was supposed to be a 'kwik' stop for gas and water, but it took much longer because I was so amazed. I need to go organize my house more now ? Great job to management and staff! ?
