I like joes ice house. It has some friendly and polite staff. They have a pretty nice selection of different alcohols as well as a small but decent wine section. The prices are about normal. it has a small parking lot in front. But I think one can park in the sides for a little more room. The building has been in its location for a very long time and has managed to survive all these years. So it's nice to see another small part of San Angelo still open and apparently doing a pretty healthy business. Give them a try the next time you're in thier part of town.

went in to try and find allocated bourbon and say two bottles on the counter and the owner showing a man in the back the bottles and selling them to him so we asked and he said that it was his friend so he's letting him buy them first and he didn't know us so sorry! this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening if your gonna sell product to anyone you should sell to all not just select people cuz he's your buddy! overheard workers concerns about it as well they said why even have a promotion if he's just gonna sell it all to his buddy's! this rubbed me the wrong way

I recently visited Joe's and was blown away by their impressive whiskey selection. They had a vast variety of bourbons, scotches, and ryes, ranging from the most popular brands to hard-to-find gems. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out a perfect bottle of whiskey to fit my taste. Overall, I highly recommend Joe's for whiskey lovers.

Only good is a drive thru and they sell lottery. The new girl has no people skills, just walks up to the door and stands there. No greeting, it's like you are bothering her.
