Steven and his staff are amazing. Took my dad's watch in for a battery change, I had been talking about missing an actual watch because my phone is always in the bottom of my purse, so early birthday present fron my dad. 53 in a week.

While I wasn't a fan of the time it took them to repair my ring (because of all the jewelry stores closing and increased workload) I am more than happy with my repaired ring. I think it looks better than when I got it.

The customer service was very polite. They were understanding and did my repairs with excellent workmanship above and beyond my expectations!
