Had an appointment at 4:15 with Mickaela . She was at lunch so I don’t understand why the appointment was made during her lunch? After 20 minutes we had other commitments and had to leave. My 10 year granddaughter was so disappointed as she had pictures that day and ended up without any curls like she was promised . I was shocked at the whole atmosphere which was to say the least not customer friendly!Service: Hairstyling
