Guillermo and his team are always welcoming, friendly, helpful, and make for a pleasant experience when shopping for not only me but gifts/special occasions. I’ve never had customer service this positive at any other JA store! Great team! Great Experience!

I truly enjoy my jewelry from James Avery! They give you time to look and when ready to see the jewelry they are ready provide assistance. It’s always an enjoyable experience. Definitely will return!
